This year, they failed to report part of my income, and because of their mistake, my return had to be revised twice. Right before the tax deadline, they told me to apply for an extension and said they would review everything later. But now I can't get in touch with them at all. They say they won't make any more changes to the return. So what--I'm just supposed to submit a return with errors? They don't seem to take responsibility for their mistakes at all. I honestly can't believe I'm paying money just to be stressed out like this!
