If I had used Turbotax I'd probably have an extra $400 in my pocket, with only a little bit of extra work. I could see how this may be worth it if you have a small business or a very complicated tax situation, but not worth it for the typical taxpayer, IMO.

Ben is SO good with nervous people and people that have limited comprehension of his world. He's very patient, kind and grounded, and that alone helped me be calm.
