The roof continued to leak in the same spot and it took many phone calls, left messages, and several months to get a response. Owner came and looked , said he would be back that week to address the issue and never heard from him again. I told him I expected to pay for additional work to stop the leak as I just wanted it repaired. Never a response, e mail, phone call, nothing. If you don't want the job just say so! I can only imagine the outcome had we been away and not noticed the smell of burning wires. I could never recommend conducting business with a company that refuses to make right on a relatively inexpensive repair that could have been disastrous had we been away.

When they actually show up to work, it's at all hours without notice (days, nights weekends etc) and "work" until 9 pm. They use our driveway as their own, park their trucks on our front lawn, destroy plant life, block in our vehicles and access to our garage, leave large trucks parked on residential streets impeeding neighborhood traffic for weeks, disappear for weeks and leave work unfinished, throw garbage through out the property, dumped materials and tools in the front and backyard, damaged personal property and smoked in the yard. Not to mention their incredibly rude, aggressive and unprofessional behavior. And of course, they dodge phone calls when they have to explain themselves.
