As I said, I've been doing business with them for a few years, and I've never once had a problem or a negative experience with them! Rachel expertly and professionally manages the place, is very responsive and works very well with her customers, as long as the customer isn't rude or unreasonable...which is entirely fair, and it's not asking too much for the customer to be kind and reasonable in my opinion. Their rates are more than reasonable, and I've fortunately never once had any issues with my stuff not being safe, secure, and dry. While Granite Falls may be a little out of the way for many, I find it to be more than worth the travel effort. Also, they're not far at all from the nearest U-Haul place in Lake Stevens. They work together to make your shed exactly what you need it to be. I was looking to add some extra windows and an antique stained glass one as well. Chad discussed all the details and helped me plan what would work best. He is very upfront with the pricing and everything was exactly as quoted. His prices are very good. I did a lot of research before deciding to go with Northwest Sheds and even went out to see some of their work before I placed my order. Chad was happy to show me around and educate me a bit on shed options and materials. He is very helpful and easy to talk to. He even worked out a door awning at the last minute when I realized the door I had would really benefit from some extra protection. The build was done in a day and looks terrific!
