They work together to make your shed exactly what you need it to be. I was looking to add some extra windows and an antique stained glass one as well. Chad discussed all the details and helped me plan what would work best. He is very upfront with the pricing and everything was exactly as quoted. His prices are very good. I did a lot of research before deciding to go with Northwest Sheds and even went out to see some of their work before I placed my order. Chad was happy to show me around and educate me a bit on shed options and materials. He is very helpful and easy to talk to. He even worked out a door awning at the last minute when I realized the door I had would really benefit from some extra protection. The build was done in a day and looks terrific! I recently leased a 5x5 storage unit at this facility. However, I never moved any items in to the…read moreunit because of my poor experience upon move-in, and I cancelled my lease before the first month was up. I requested a refund of my rent and move-in fees, but was not granted one. Upon arriving at the storage facility on my move-in day, I followed the directions I was sent in an email from Secure Space and attempted to unlock the gate using the provided gate code. The code did not work. I went to the manager's office for assistance and after a few minutes he was able to get me logged in to the online system, which I was for some reason not fully processed in yet, despite signing a lease and paying the full balance the day before. I proceeded through the gate, which now worked with the code, and went to my assigned unit. Upon driving around the facility, I noticed many piles of items and what appeared to be garbage left around. I found my unit, which was down several hallways. The outside door leading to the hallways was unlocked. The directions stated that I should find a combination lock on the door to my unit, and use the code provided to open it. However, rather than finding a combination lock on the door to my unit, there were two blue locks requiring a key. I returned back to the manager's office again to troubleshoot the lock problem, only to find him gone and a sign on the door saying he would return at 5:00, even though it was after 5:00 at that point. I called the number listed on the office door and was directed to a woman who worked for Secure Space. I explained the situation regarding the locks and my inability to enter my unit. She expressed concern that the manager was not in the office and said she would try to contact him. She was unable to get a hold of him and told me to "wait outside the office for 15-20 minutes to see if he'd show up". She said she would then call me back to follow up. I waited outside the office for 25 minutes without seeing anyone. At that point, I decided to drive back to my unit to see if perhaps the manager was there or busy working somewhere else on the property. I could not find him. I parked outside my unit and called the number back that I had previously talked to, and this time was connected with a male. I explained the situation again. He stated that he was the manager and that he left a sign on the office door saying he'd return at 5:30, hence his absence. This was not true-the sign said 5:00. He was unapologetic about the situation and seemed frustrated with me. However, he said he would run down to my unit to help me troubleshoot the locks. I waited outside my unit for another 15 minutes. Still the manager did not show up. Finally, I called again. He said he was on his way. A couple minutes later, I saw him coming around the corner towards the entrance to my unit. Again, there was no apology on his part for the inconvenience. Together we walked to the unit where I showed him the two locks on the door. He said that he had to go get a tool and physically cut the locks off of the door. He left again and came back with a large set of cutters and then proceeded to cut off both locks. Upon opening my unit, the manager looked inside and stated that the unit hadn't been swept out and that he'd be back with a broom. I waited for him to retrieve it and looked inside to find the floor of the unit littered with debris and a pile of what appeared to be dried excrement in the corner of the unit. A few minutes later, the manager returned with a broom and a large shovel. He attempted to pick up the dried excrement off the floor with the shovel, but a stain was still left. He stated that he'd refund the price of my lock for the inconvenience (this never happened). Then, he left me to move in. Unfortunately, at that point it had been over an hour since I had arrived at the facility and I felt neither safe nor taken care of. I did not want to move any of my items into a dirty unit where there had just been excrement on the floor. I left and had a car full of items that I was unable to store. I wrote a thorough e-mail detailing my experience to Secure Space customer service, and never heard back. Finally, I simply cancelled my lease because I didn't want to be charged for another month at a unit I was not using. I was never refunded the price of the lock, as the manager had promised, nor was there any response to my concerns. Overall, my experience with Secure Space Lynnwood could not have been worse. I would not feel safe storing my belongings at their facility, no matter how low the price.

I've seen photos of the tulip fields before, but nothing prepared me for seeing them in person. The colors seem to go on forever, and there are so many different varieties of tulips. Everywhere you look feels like a postcard. Honestly, the pictures I took don't even come close to capturing how beautiful it is. A little tip for anyone visiting: wear garden boots or rain boots if there's been recent rain. The parking area is gravel, and some spots can get pretty muddy. Thankfully, there are plenty of porta-potties near the entrance before you head into the farm. The staff were so friendly and helped direct everyone where to go. As you walk toward the fields, you get a little preview of the tulips ahead, and I remember thinking, "Wow, this is beautiful." Then we got into the actual fields and realized that was just the beginning. There were so many great spots for photos. On the day we visited, the sky had those big fluffy white clouds, and the colorful fields reminded me of the Teletubbies landscape my son used to watch when he was little. It felt almost surreal. I also loved that this is clearly a family farm. There was food, a gift shop, and even a catalog where you can order bulbs to grow some of these beautiful flowers at home. The whole area has that small-town, community feel that just makes you slow down and enjoy where you are. Knowing that your visit helps support a local family farm makes it even better. And the mountain backdrop behind the tulip fields? Absolutely incredible. Every time I thought I'd found the prettiest view, I'd turn around and find another one. If you're thinking about going, do it. Just be sure to stay on the paths and help protect the flowers for everyone else. This was one of those places that left me smiling the whole drive home.

The flower variety was truly awesome! Sooo many stunning colors and blooms that you just don't see every day. If you're a photography lover then this place is a dream. Every corner was practically begging to be photographed. They did have concessions on-site, which was convenient but my one suggestion would be to bring in a couple of food carts or local vendors to mix things up. The options were pretty basic. Think hotdogs and the usual staples. A little more variety in the food department would really elevate the whole experience. Minor food note aside, it was a fantastic visit and a perfect way to spend a spring day.

These are amazing perks for a novice gardener like me! They also offer delivery which is great for getting tall plants or larger/heavier orders home, and have master gardener clinics on Saturdays from spring through summer. I was a rainy day and they were going to need to move significant amounts of hardware over a muddy back yard. Within a few hours I had a fabulous HVAC system installed and everything is working as needed. It's a fabulous system. They even went out of their way to leave the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. I appreciated that.

Recently, the shower's water flow dropped to almost nothing -- both the rainfall head and the handheld sprayer. A plumber diagnosed a faulty cartridge inside the valve, but couldn't do the repair because the valve installed is an unbranded, no-name part with no traceable manufacturer. Cheap, unlabeled hardware hidden behind a nice-looking black finish -- that's what you're paying for here. What followed was a full month of being deliberately strung along by their General Manager, Oleg Ryakhovskiy: Missed calls, no-shows, and promises to "call back Friday" that never happened -- over and over I called Oleg 13+ times. He answered 4. Most calls went straight to voicemail within seconds -- a sign he was actively screening me out, not just "busy" When he finally responded, it was to tell me to drive to their Everett office myself and pick up the part, since they "didn't have a plumber available." No apology, no urgency, nothing. I put everything in writing -- a full email timeline, cc'ing their CFO and the sales coordinator who originally connected us. Silence. Not one reply. I then called every single person listed on their team page. Not one person picked up. Not one callback. This isn't a scheduling mix-up. This is a company that, once they have your money, will not answer the phone, will not honor basic accountability, and will let a paying customer go a month with an unusable shower rather than lift a finger. If this is how they handle a $500 repair on their own work, imagine how they'd treat you if something actually went wrong mid-remodel. Do not give this company your business.
