Also the original quote to just pump the tank out was 700-1200 depending on the tank size, my bill was 1900, when I complained, they dropped it down to the $1200

Any email you send them goes unanswered and they never call you to inform you what is going on. You must call them and talk to their HR woman who can't answer any questions and didn't know what a perc test was for. They came to dig for the perc test in mid April 2025 and it was July 2nd before anyone came to look at the huge pit in our yard. They said they county would take about 6 weeks, but it took 10 weeks and I 100% believe it's because they didn't apply for the county to come out in an orderly fashion. I called multiple times for an update in that 10 weeks and the HR woman told me she "couldn't give me an update because she didn't know where I lived" .... in which I suggested I give her my address. When I gave her my address SHE asked ME what step of the process we were at... like they had no information on file about us. After the perc test on July 2nd, they didn't come out to start until mid September 2025. To their credit, they put the system in in about 2 days, so we felt really encouraged we were finally almost done. Then had to wait an extra 2 weeks with our yard completely torn up because their electrician couldn't come out because they didn't contact him in time. We ended up getting our own electrician to speed up the process. After they finished, the left our yard with the access pipes sticking 4-6 inches out of the ground after they said it would only be a quarter of an inch. I even included my shoe in a picture to let you see how far out of the ground these pipes are sticking, it's ridiculous and a hazard. The ground is completely uneven, they didn't even try to grade it and there are so many rocks that growing grass is pretty much impossible. Even if we were able to grow grass, mowing would be dangerous as rocks would be flying everywhere. We started this project in April 2025 and they finished early October 2025 right in time for the rain and frost so growing is impossible anyways. Seriously, run away from this company. We have had multiple people come over and ask us what happened to our yard. Friends who had other companies redo their septic system were appalled they treated us this way. This company does not care about you.

(weekend, bank closed and all we had available) so now have to pay the additional (total $925). in a couple weeks after we get paid. There are no discounts for seniors, veterans, first responders etc. they do not do credit checks, nor do they make payment arrangements to ease burden for low income, wanting immediate large payments only. Mason was a wonderful employee, knew his stuff, honest young man and we would be happy to have him come out again if we had any issues.

After much debate, I needed to have the foundation that had been poured removed and fill in the hole. I was really struggling to find anyone to even bid the project, let alone take the job. Rob, the owner, showed up, bid the job to my new GC, was forthcoming about when he could start and what the costs would be. He was no nonsense, good for his word. Showed up with his crew and equipment the day he said he was going to, and every day till the job was done. He came across many issues with what the previous contractor had done, but he also came to me with solutions and the means to fix them. You have to love a guy who brings you answers to the problems you didn't even know you had! It was one of those, "this couldn't have gone any smoother" transactions. His crew was very careful with their equipment and made sure not to damage any of the surrounding areas, i.e. sidewalks, trees, fences, the neighbors cars. I'm pretty sure that man could tie a shoelace with that excavator thing he was using. Rob did everything he said he was going to do and even more. He went above and beyond. It's very rare, and hard to find honorable, no nonsense guys like that these days. This is an amazing team. A well run business, and just an all around great company to work with. I couldn't be happier. It's hard to see in the pictures, but the "after" photos show where Rob actually had some rich soil brought in and planted grass seed in it for me!! He didn't have to do that, but he did because that's just the kind of guy he is. One of a kind for sure.

My request that they fix the damage forthwith, explain what they did, why the damage occurred and provide a plan of remediation has not been honored, all they offered to do was send me a text saying they could send another employee over to dig in our lawn again. What a joke. I have filed a complaint with the Oregon Dept of Justice and with the Better Business Bureau.
