I explained the problem and my concerns briefly, and after consulting with an electrician, I was given an approximate time to expect an electrician the following day. The electrician called thirty minutes before the scheduled time, informed me he would be at my house in about a half-hour. He arrived, took off his shoes without having to be asked, given the current Coronavirus restrictions, he was already wearing a mask. The electrician was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and efficient. I explained my concerns and he listened attentively, asking questions and told me what he would do to investigate the suspected problem.
