Went through the main sewer line (he recommended and I opted for the camera) and we found that there was a belly in the line, cause grease/soap to stick, etc. and that caused he drain. They communicated well, showed up on time, explained everything, completed the job, did a follow up call, we'll priced, and did great work! *I highly recommend the camera. Without it, you may get the issue fixed, but it may not tell the whole story. The camera allows you/them to see what exactly the issue is and how to avoid future visits. In my case, there is a belly in the line, that would basically require I call them out every couple of years when the drain inevitably clogs again.

We scheduled an appointment for the next day and immediately started receiving notifications from their computer system. Two of their staff showed up as scheduled and were able to provide an immediate estimate, and then were able to start work right away. They fixed two major issues - an outdoor leaking faucet (in winter when it was cold), and an indoor shutoff valve. Their team replaced our 30 year old hand-crank shutoff valve with an amazing, easy-to-use modern system (see photo attached to this review). What is hard to convey is their level of professionalism. The entire Christensen Plumbing team is on top of their game. From start to finish, they were amazing.
