Overall communication with estimator, office and service technician was good. Given the price of the materials and the time to complete the work the cost seemed high. I did not get other estimates because they had so many stellar reviews. In hindsight, that is my shortcoming and next time I will compare DT Electric's bid with other companies. I had DT Electrical come out and install a 50 AMP GENERATOR INLET-- - They installed a 50 amp generator inlet on exterior of our home, ran new wiring through crawl space to exterior of the house, Provided and installed 50 amp generator inlet on exterior of home. The technician that came out, his name was Cole was a wonderful representation of this company. Very personable, knowledgeable, willing to explain everything, answered all my questions and did a beautiful job. When the job was complete, he cleaned up leaving no mess. I will be calling to schedule the install of a back deck light that I have been putting off doing but, now that I have seen their workmanship, I am excited to get the job completed!! We recently had DT Electric install an exterior outlet, an exterior motion detection light to our house and more importantly, bring electricity to our new greenhouse. To the greenhouse, they installed an outlet, ceiling fixture and a light at the door entrance. They did a fantastic job! We are very pleased with their work and their professionalism. That feeling you get when you simply swopped out a switch, ( now working fine) , but you've somehow rendered a bunch of other things non-operational, so you have to call in a Pro and it's going to cost you an arm and a leg and take a day Only it didn't ! Got a 9-12 appointment window- received a text, with the name and a pic of who'd be knocking on the door, ( nice touch, BTW ), Justin, (Solid guy, very friendly and professional ), turned up a little after 9, got straight to work and had the issue tracked down and resolved in about an 1 1/2 hrs, within the window for the minimum charge.
