These guys are pros. From start to finish, the experience was awesome. Gabe takes great care of each and every customer/potential customer. He works with everyone's needs and budget. Not only did I experience it myself, but I witnessed him fielding calls and being his same excellent customer service self to people who are just calling to inquire. STAY FAR AWAY! - 1 star review, only because you cannot leave a zero star review. List of issues: 1.) The business sold me gear that they did not even have in stock, and it took a month of waiting simply to get the gear shipped. During that month of waiting, I called multiple times to ask when the gear would arrive, or if I could at least get shipping info, and the response I received every time was "it should be here tomorrow" -that went on for the entirety of the month. If they could have told me before they sold me the gear how long it would be, or even behaved in an honest manner after I was waiting and calling, I would've not felt lied to. 2.) I specifically requested the install of extensive sound deadening and the supply of 0 gauge wire, and my requests were barely acknowledged, and they proceeded to do what they wanted with my car, rather than what the paying customer wanted and requested. (only a few sheets of sound deadening, NOT EXTENSIVE like was requested, and 4 gauge wire was routed instead of 0 gauge. (THIS WIRING ISSUE DIRECTLY LED TO GEAR FAILURE.) 3.) After install, they simply gave me back an unfinished product because they had issues properly integrating my DSP to the factory audio system. I understand that may be difficult, but if the techs can't do the work, then don't take a customers money if you can't complete the job properly. I spent around $6,000 dollars on this system, for them to give the car back to me sounding worse than factory, and not being able to turn the audio past 20 anymore. 4.) As you could guess, I couldn't sleep at night for weeks, knowing that this business was fine taking around 6 THOUSAND DOLLARS from me, and sending me off with a horrendous product, and not ensuring the customer (me) was at the very least, getting a product I paid for. I myself, spent literally 10 minutes looking up a factory integrator for my car and the DSP I have, which they said none existed and they spent a 'long time' looking for one. When I looked it up, it was the very first option on my google page. 5.) I returned my car, so that they may finish the job, up to the par they should have at bare minimum in the first place, with all components functional, and after that, I received my car back from that appointment with a subwoofer amp that was blown beyond repair. After asking the techs, they assumed absolutely no responsibility and claimed to have no knowledge as to how that may have happened. Regardless, I dropped them off my car in which all components were functional, and then I was returned the car, i was being handed broken gear. The answer word for word that i was given was, "The subwoofer amp you gave us keeps going into protect mode immediately for some reason. That's how life goes, it happens". The techs didn't investigate. They just moved past it as if it was a mystical anomaly, with no thought as to investigate how this could happen. They were not in any way even attempting to help me find a solution, when I asked what we could do; they were only worried about collecting my money and pushing my out of the door so they don't have to actually complete the job. Is this how a professional business operates?? 6.) After that very unprofessional appointment, I needed to buy an entirely new replacement for my subwoofer amp, since the shop was not willing to help me in any type of way, or offer to replace my busted gear. Within the same day of receiving my car back from the shop (for at that point my 3rd visit for the same job), I lost all control of the audio levels from the user interface because my Mosconi DSP was now in protect, which is the same exact issue they claimed was an anomaly for the subwoofer amp that blew. From here, I knew there was a very serious install related issue, since both amps that were installed, were going into protect immediately after turning the car on. I began to feel unsafe with the quality of work done to my car, and investigated what could've caused the subwoofer amp to go into protect then 'magically' blow, and then the new Mosconi amp to also go into protect. 7.) An additional issue that arose from this catastrophic chain of events, the audio became full of static and unplayable in addition to the car trading off when the speakers or the subwoofer want to take turns going into protect mode. I cannot play audio from this car, after the bill has now climbed to a staggering $6,500. 8.) The subwoofer amp, and the Mosconi DSP have +/- 2300W RMS, and they are connected to 2, 4 gauge wires, that join to a single 4 gauge wire from a 'Y' setup. They DID NOT step up the wire to a 0 gauge at the 'Y', and instead overloaded a single 4 gauge wire that runs to the battery, which creates a severe electrical bottle neck. No 4 gauge wire is sufficient to run 2300W RMS. This electrical bottleneck is a textbook cause of voltage drop, and voltage drops are a textbook cause of amps going into protect. read more

I have used NWA AUDIO for multiple applications. They have installed lights and music for my boat and electronics in two different vehicles. All of the work was done and completed with professional workmanship, quick turnaround, and great service. All of the crew from the owner to the techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Today's electronics can be a bit overwhelming for us older folks, but they make SURE you fully understand what you purchase. Also, they don't pressure you to buy something you really don't need. But suffice to say, the custom lighting they did was, and continues to be, amazing on all accounts. Jeremy and his dad (and the rest of the crew) actually act like they give a damn. They're not just there to sell you something. They're also there to make suggestions based on past experiences with others. My original plan was reworked several times before the final product was completed.
