They answered all my questions regarding suspension along w/ tire / wheel fitment on a new F-250 I'm planning on purchasing soon!! They were steering me ( no pun intended ) to the new S&B / One Up Off-Road kit that just hit the market. They said it corrects all the caster alignment issues & loose steering feel that a lot of other companies fail to address. Their knowledge is absolutely unbelievable. I recently placed an order with H&H, and the package was…read moremisdelivered. I contacted them immediately and provided the proof photo that UPS uploaded. They then asked for a photo of my own door, which I also provided. A representative from H&H confirmed that the delivery photos did not match and that the package was indeed misdelivered. I was also told that all orders are insured. UPS's investigation was supposed to be completed within 4-6 days, yet I have not received any update. Despite my consistent communication, the H&H representative stopped responding to my emails altogether. At this point, I'm out over $600 with no resolution and no communication. This has been a very disappointing experience and reflects extremely poor customer service.
