I was told that it would be "made right" and I could go ahead and put furniture in the room and they would take it out and put it all back when the new carpet got in. In the meantime, I decided not to put the furniture in, to save them the hassle of taking it out and putting it back in again. I put the mattress and box springs on the floor and have slept that way ever since. I was expecting a resolution within a few days to a week... it has been almost 3 months! It is obvious after I call at least once a week, get nothing but promises of "we'll make it right", no follow up communication, and now my calls are not even being answered, that they do not intend to "make it right". I was expecting so much more due to the referrals I got to this business. I am extremely concerned that they would treat a senior citizen or anyone in this manner. It appears if everything goes well it is good, but if there is any glitch, it is awful! Sadly, my experience has been the latter!

I knew it was, but wanted to see what they had to match and I wanted to her the benefit of the doubt. They didn't have anything that matched, so she began telling me about all the lawsuits from my sample product. When I asked her for the source of her information about the lawsuits so I could educate myself while researching...she responded, another dealer in Lowell, but there not gonna tell you anything. WTF!? I feel like this business will tell you ANYTHING to sell you their products. We were fully willing to purchase a whole house worth of flooring IF they could match the tone of the wood flooring we settled on. Not only could they not, they lied to get us to settle on something else. How do I know they lied? I can't find any public record of litigation or class action against the manufacturer of the sample product from Lowe's. Also: when she was banging on about the alleged lawsuits, she confirmed my sample WAS engineered hardwood after telling me it was luxury vinyl plank - confirming no educational foundation on flooring products - which is a red flag for a store devoted entirely to selling flooring.

We enjoyed the process of picking out the items we wanted during our consultation and felt good about placing the orders with them. However, we are extremely unimpressed by the follow-up and communication after our order was placed. The designer we were working with told us timeline/delivery dates so we could coordinate with our contractor. After this discussion the designer "left" and we were NOT notified. We found this out after we began calling to confirm delivery dates--which were a month later than we were initially told. Then, we had to pay phone tag for a week to determine what orders had been payed/fulfilled because nobody in the office seemed to know and I had three different invoices from the first designer. I wish that someone had communicated the change in staff so that we had a unified point of contact to answer the unresolved questions instead of being bounced around by employees. The cabinets were delivered a full month after we were initially promised by the first designer and ProSource did not include any diagrams for cabinet layout and configuration so we had to reach out and ask for it when they were finally delivered. The tile was delayed two months past what we were initially promised. After delay we were offered replacement tile from their "limited in-stock selection" that did not look anything like what we originally selected. We did turn them down and offer to wait it out. Coordinating the tile delivered was difficult and frustrating. My husband ended up wasting a half day of personal time off this morning because the warehouse coordinator promised delivery in the morning for the delayed tile--when my husband called them at 10 after no delivery, he was told they had put a out of town delivery ahead of us but would "head our way in 30 minutes". I got a call from the warehouse at 11:48 letting me know they were 20 out. In summary: The cabinets, hardware, and tile are high quality and beautiful. If you have unlimited time and patience for poor customer communication, the end result looks great.

In response to the business reply: The project was completed…read more4 years. Two years after completion, Webb was contacted as concerns began coming up. We were told by Jeremy it would be fine. We were not given different options for install and we don't have plywood subflooring anywhere in our house. We're on a concrete slab. The flooring was floated over our old laminate, which was on the concrete slab with a vapor barrier. There was a dip between the dining room and kitchen they didn't realize needed leveled until they began removing flooring. Pic included. Jeremy was not present and the workers had to leave to get concrete so they could at least finish. My child's toy was the equivalent to a baby walker. If that voids a warranty then that needs to be mentioned at the time of purchase. No parent would purchase flooring like that. As for not being heard, of course I wasn't. The entire conversation consisted of being yelled at and spoken through. As for the crew, I called Carrie the same day and had to let her know I was uncomfortable in my home. When you spoke to my husband, you brought up them trashing my driveway and how I complained about it. You said the crew apologized. I sent texts and videos of all of the dust in the house, and how they used my dining table as a work bench. It's unfortunate. We also consider the matter resolved and will be using a different company for the repairs. Our project was rushed on Saturday after we said we could do it another day, and already being postponed. We opted to go ahead with the Saturday to accommodate Webbs busy schedule. Workers arrived angry, rushed the job, and trashed my driveway. DO NOT USE THEM. I was told my babies ride on toy voided my warranty. They used power tools in the house, dust was so bad I had to hire a cleaning company and have HVAC come out to inspect our AC system. After calling twice about my concerns with the floors bending, coming apart and breaking, I was told by Jeremy it was us "choosing a cheaper option" that caused it. We were not given any other options, and when I tried to speak up and defend that, I was yelled at, talked over and hung up on. He flat refused to hear anything. When I asked for proof that I opted out of other options, the yelling just continued. The "foreman" of the crew yelled at me in my home because he was mad about not being told about the need for leveling, and now he'd have to go get concrete. I contacted Carrie the same day this was happening and had to let her know what was going on, because at that point I was uncomfortable in my own house. (Luckily I still have all the texts and pictures.) From the bottom of my heart, spend your hard earned money on a business that deserves it. Any concerns you have will NOT be handled. And if you do happen to use them, get every single thing in writing and save EVERYTHING.

I had to call the store to find out that he was not coming. I felt that I was not an important customer. I live in Grove, OK. I had to pay a deposit in advance to order the carpet. Maybe you should be told that you are not a priority if you live out of town before you spend money. I am not happy with this store. I got no apology, just was told there was nothing that could be done but wait my turn whenever that would be. Maybe this will help someone else who wants to deal with these people.

All charges and labor were at the low end of expected rates but the quality was definitely there. We highly recommend the store and would go there again.
