Then, they gave me an estimate for replacing my floors that were damaged by water. They only replaced half of the wood in the estimate but would only take $200 off the almost $3000 estimate. Jo, the lady that answers the phones and schedules everything, was rude and unhelpful. I asked around about the company and everyone I spoke to said Jo was mean and hard to work with. We learned about ProSource through one of their designers and began working with her on a kitchen…read moreredesign. We enjoyed the process of picking out the items we wanted during our consultation and felt good about placing the orders with them. However, we are extremely unimpressed by the follow-up and communication after our order was placed. The designer we were working with told us timeline/delivery dates so we could coordinate with our contractor. After this discussion the designer "left" and we were NOT notified. We found this out after we began calling to confirm delivery dates--which were a month later than we were initially told. Then, we had to pay phone tag for a week to determine what orders had been payed/fulfilled because nobody in the office seemed to know and I had three different invoices from the first designer. I wish that someone had communicated the change in staff so that we had a unified point of contact to answer the unresolved questions instead of being bounced around by employees. The cabinets were delivered a full month after we were initially promised by the first designer and ProSource did not include any diagrams for cabinet layout and configuration so we had to reach out and ask for it when they were finally delivered. The tile was delayed two months past what we were initially promised. After delay we were offered replacement tile from their "limited in-stock selection" that did not look anything like what we originally selected. We did turn them down and offer to wait it out. Coordinating the tile delivered was difficult and frustrating. My husband ended up wasting a half day of personal time off this morning because the warehouse coordinator promised delivery in the morning for the delayed tile--when my husband called them at 10 after no delivery, he was told they had put a out of town delivery ahead of us but would "head our way in 30 minutes". I got a call from the warehouse at 11:48 letting me know they were 20 out. In summary: The cabinets, hardware, and tile are high quality and beautiful. If you have unlimited time and patience for poor customer communication, the end result looks great.

I selected the materials and finishes, but their craftsmanship is what truly brought everything to life. We purchased a home in Johnson, Arkansas, built in 1997. Coyote Flooring originally installed the…read morefloors, so we hired them again to replace the carpeted areas with matching flooring. After the job was completed, we decided to replace the old MDF baseboards with new pine trim. During this process, we discovered that Coyote had removed the baseboards to install the floors, then reattached them before staining. This left an unstained strip of wood along the base of the walls, which the new trim does not cover. As a result, we now have to restain those areas before installing the new trim. Additionally, the boards are uneven, and there are noticeable gaps between the floors and walls. Overall, we found the work to be sloppy and unprofessional. We chose a different company, Juarez Flooring in Springdale, Arkansas, to finish the bedrooms, and the difference was clear. Their communication and craftsmanship were excellent.
