When I went to pick it up the technicians were stating they needed to jack the drive axle and rotate it to add fluid. When I asked if they realized it had a steerable tag, they looked very confused and quickly changed their mind. These obviously were not professional diesel mechanics. Upon completion of this fairly straightforward job they destroyed my center cap, left greasy fingerprints all over my leather seats and didn't even bother to wipe up any of the gear oil on the wheel. The two ladies at the front were rude and not at all knowledgeable about truck or RV maintenance. The technicians denied that they over torqued my center cap and claimed it came in like that even after I had removed it in front of one of them to show them the leaking gasket! When I went to speak with Dan the manager this morning he was rude and didn't offer any solutions except he would look into finding a Tiffin center cap. The poor customer service, unprofessionalism and flat out lies from the technician will ensure I never use Empire again. Do not trust this shop with your high end coach. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

After the first time, I brushed my teeth because I was tired of waiting and I figured a stall would get open after I brushed my teeth. Nope. Stalls emptied and refilled! Had to wait a second time. This Love's doesn't seem as clean as other ones. Maybe it's getting older. And it's also super busy which doesn't help maintain a property's cleanliness. DOG PARK: Be sure to choose a side. Big dog or little dog and close your dog in the one side. I didn't and just closed the outer doors. I turned around to pick up my dog's leashes and they had opened the main gate and gotten out !!! Thankfully they came right back. But it scared me.

THEY changed, belts,drilled out bolts that were broke, greesed a barring to get us back on road, not all permanent fixes but we could get rolling again. I can't say enough THANK YOU'S TO THESE VERY KIND, UNDERSTANDING PEOPLE. that's great shop, we had emergency and they RESONDED! WE NEED MORE SHOPS LIKE THEM. Brandon Thompson (owner) is the biggest con artist I've ever met! I paid to have new heads,…read morestuds,larger turbo,5" stainless exhaust system, intake, deletes, and have him tune my 6.7L cummins and was told it would take 1-2 weeks. 4 1/2 weeks after calling with no reply and eventually have to just show up at his shop he half hazordly thru on a bunch of old used parts and claimed it was all new. After looking at my truck I was shocked to see old parts, a bunch of spray painted junk, horible welds and substandard work! After getting the truck back I took it to a real mechanic and he informed me that in fact he didn't even touch my head! All he did was mark the bolts to give the impression they had been torqued. My old exhaust was still on the truck with a peice of pipe welded in the middle, my original oil filter was on the truck (I was charged for a full fluid and filter change) and he had the nerve to pull my dash to remove my check engine light bulb to keep it from coming on! when I confronted him about all his lies and shotty work he preceded to curse me out and threaten me,, then told me he locked my ecu so no one could ever work on it again.24hrs after having it back all my oil dumped out while driving and come to find out it was my turbo oil drainline. He used an old peice of garden house and it split wide open.Bottom line.....THIS GUY IS A LIER AND CON MAN AND WILL RIP YOU OFF IF GIVEN THE CHANCE! STAY FAR AWAY!

Ricky and Terry came out and got us to our camping spot. Headed back home and ran into another problem on a Sunday. Contacted Tim and he arranged us a tow back to Milton Forklift. I highly recommend Milton Forklift. They don't just work on Forklifts they can fix anything. SERIOUSLY if you just look around their shop you will see everything from motor homes to race cars. Tim and Ricky are great people and go out of their way to help. Prices are reasonable and they treat you like family.
