I HATE GIVING NEGATIVE REVIEWS, specially when I have tried in soooooo many ways to get their help, to get things done and to fix my car. It's been a month since I bought my car from them, a week after buying it the car turned on the engine light, throttle and some other lights in the dashboard... it took me three weeks to get them to answer and I decided to bring the car back, they had the car for 4/5 days and according to them and the paperwork I requested that was never sent to me, the car was in perfect condition and they did the maintenance and oil change that was not done before I bought the car... guess what!!! 1 day after bringing the car back home, all lights are on again, it's been the worst month in my life, trying to get in touch with them or trying to get any help. I closed my deal with Evan, but then Chris stated he's the one who runs this place and I should communicate with him to get things done, NO COMMUNICATION HAPPENS WHATSOEVER!!! I have called mostly EVERY DAY for the past month and all I get is "I'll have him call you" but no one cares to reach back... DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AND ONCE YOU SIGN OFF YOUR "deal" FORGET IT, you're on your own. It breaks my heart that I bought my first car from them, it was my dreamed car (Alfa Romeo Stelvio) and I finally had the credit and state to get it but If I could take it back, I WOULD DEFINITELY DO SO!!!! I had to write this review because this place is egregious when it comes to taking advantage. They'll try to hook you with online pricing being 5-10k less than the actual selling price then they'll bump your rate even though you have decent credit. To make matters worse when i came in they even told me that I wouldn't get approved by the bank without having a 10k warranty which is very Illegal. This dealership is a fraud and the owner should be in jail. Sold us a BMW M4 that they later took in for maintenance and never gave back. Had to get a lawyer, multiple police, and insurance involved, which is when we found out this dealership dumped the car on a random street in for months. They mysteriously went out of business during this time too..... I'd be surprised if any insurance company even wants to work with the owner after this considering how much of a scammer he is. Don't be wooed by the low online advertised price. Check every component of the car you see online and make sure EVERYTHING you discuss with sales is included in the written up in the contract or they will NOT honor it. They add a $2,990 certification fee to ALL CARS that supposedly extends lemon law coverage from 30 days to 6 months, though they never put anything in writing in the contract stating as such. They advertised a Corolla XLE but sold me an LE with a dent on the rear bumper that they promised to fix but never did, without floor mats even though I specifically mentioned that it must be included, broken hub caps, missing air pressure covers, mismatched tires, and a broken wiper that literally flew off of my car while driving the day after I bought the car. I have called there 4 separate times and left a message with both Darryl and the GM/finance person and I personally spoke to Ashley and Tiffany and Anthony. Everyone I speak to on the phone is polite but they always say only Darrell or the GM can help me. I am NOT ok with how they have avoided my calls and messages for 3 days in a row. While talking with the sales person and the sales manager, I was taken aback by the certification fee because it was way above and beyond any "fees" mentioned by other dealerships. I stated this outright so the manager proceeded to show me a cargurus search on the pricing of Corolla XLE's in a 500 mile radius. He showed me that his car was priced the cheapest by a large margin. What I did NOT know at the time was that the car wasn't even an XLE!!!! It is an LE and Kelley blue book lists the fair market price $2K below the XLE trim so it was a total bait and switch! I was struggling with these surprise fees so I asked the manager Darrell to write out what I thought was the final cost of the car including taxes, fees, DMV, and interest. He did not write up taxes on the purchase price of the car (he based it on the cost after the down payment which ended up being $500 off) and then he calculated the interest on the loan as a flat percentage instead of calculating the true APR, which ends up being an additional $3,000 that I will pay over the life of the loan, once the GM/finance actually typed up the contract. Don't shop here. I went thinking I was getting a great deal on a simple, sensible car but I left with an extremely bitter taste in my mouth from the whole experience. I will be exploring all possible options of recourse as I believe I was intentionally misled throughout the whole sale and I want to warn anyone else thinking of going here. read more

She contacted me about a auto loan that was supposedly approved before I can get down there she's calling me saying your 2 minutes late but thats not the issue. The issue was she was very disrespectful over the phone! and also acted like I had to come down. Mary was way to anxious as if she was scamming she got upset when I asked her to send the address! she said again you know what we don't deal with people like you lol I'm an African American girl and I'm pretty sure mary is an old white lady! that should have never come out of her mouth! I requested information on a car online. Some kind of way they pull my name. So they call me and text my phone for 3 days. They inform me that I was approved for $35000 no money down I can pick any car off the lot when I got there to Amityville New York a lady came outside and rushed me to give her my information for which they said all i need is my identification and a checks stub.. i told them before i came that my stub is dated because we are out of work do to covid she said no problem bring it... she pull my information went inside left me outside for a hour only to tell me I wasn't approved because due to covid 19 we are out of work mind you I told her this already and that my pay was decrease she told me to come back if I find somebody with the job to co-sign or i get back to work . if you have to lie to get people to come to you. then i don't want to do business with you. Started off with what I thought to be an amazing experience. I went in, found the car of my dreams. Bought it a week later. My mom then went in and purchased a car 6 days later. Her door handle came off. Mohammed complained that my mother who is 70yrs old pulled it off. He then complained that it cost him $200 to get a new handle. 3 weeks later the check engine light went on on my car and when I brought it back it took them 4 days to figure out what was wrong. I finally now have my car back and it is working fine. I was promised a $150 incentive check for recommending my mother and almost 2 months later..the check is still is in the mail. Posting this for a friend in NY I went to buy a used car from NY OFF LEASE in Copiague. I told them I wanted a car for 11,000. When it came to signing the papers with the Warranty it was 18,000. Okay, so I buy a 2017 Chevy Cruze with 42,000 miles. I get in the car and there's a receipt from NJ and a Dorito chip right on the floor in the front. There were crumbs on the side of my seat. The Bluetooth does not work and when I asked them to fix it and they couldn't, they told me to bring it to a Chevy dealer. They sold the car with a malfunctioning Bluetooth and tell me that's my problem to fix. The oil level was at 50%. I went back and asked for the oil change. Obviously the car was not checked over. Two weeks later I break down on the expressway. Bolts came off the compressor, freak thing. I go to use my warranty and find out that they sold me $200 deductible warranty instead of $100. I'm without a car for four days. I rent a car at my expense and I ask them to change the Warranty to the lower deductible. They said they did and when I called two weeks later it had not been submitted. I went there and asked again. She said she did it. A month later the car breaks down AGAIN. Overheats on the expressway. I call the dealer and speak to the manager who says she will call the tow truck. I call the Warranty company to see if I can get a rental and find out no change was EVER put in to them. There was also no request for the tow truck. Another 90 minutes wasted. I call the dealer again and try to get the Warranty lady who is in but is not answering my calls or messages. I get an attitude from the male manager and no help from ANYONE!! I am a Lyft driver and have been without my new car three times already for a total of 5 days. That's lost income plus the rental car fees, that I am Out! This place sucks. After traveling a long way to get to this car dealer, for what seemed to be a "to good to be true price" , it turned out to be just that. The car was advertised at 22k online and after all their additional fees which are non-negotiable the price was 26k. So after hours of negotiations I managed to work out a deal i would trade my current car in for 19,568 (I owe 17k)and we got to 22,100. The manager agreed to this price but then when he went into the finance office he came back out and said that the numbers were wrong and that they were off due to a mistake on their end by a grand and change so then I was at 23k and change. So we were back at it he would not budge. Then the GM shows up and here we go now I'm told that they offered to much for my trade and had to take back their offer and only offered 18k. After that I walked away I left frustrated and unsatisfied with my visit DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They went back on their word not once but twice very unacceptable. read more

AVOID. This place is the definition of sleazy car salesman!!!! One star is far too generous. I wasn't going to write a review, but now I feel compelled to. When we first sat down with the salesman, the first thing we said is that we had been pre-approved for a 2.99% loan through our bank. He said, "OK", so we continued. We tried to negotiate on the price and were told it was firm and they couldn't go any lower. We were ok with that since the sticker price was comparable to other dealers. After spending over 5 hours there ironing out the details it was time to see the finance guy. I said to the salesman, "we're doing this with our 2.99% loan, right?" He said, "I have no idea, I'm not the finance guy." So, to no one's surprise we sit down and he tells us that he got us "a great rate at 5.99%" We said, no way. We already have a 2.99% ready to go. He says that the price we're paying for the car is based on going through their financing. I told him this is unacceptable. He had the audacity to tell me it's not that much of a difference, anyway. We had already signed the deal and were in a time constraint with a current lease, so we reluctantly had to take it. Sticker price was about $17,500. After putting down $5,000 the remainder on the loan was still somehow $17,500. That's how much you can expect in 'additional fees' from these guys, As we were going over it once more before driving off the lot, we noticed the door panel was popping off at the top. The owner said, "it's still under manufacturers warranty, take it to the dealer. So today I take it to the Dodge dealer today and the service tech is looking up the vehicle's history. He says to me, "Oh, so you got the car from Enterprise!" I said no we didn't. He showed me the cars' history and it was an Enterprise rent-a-car. The salesman told us "it was an executive rental". I asked what that was. He said the vehicle was leased out to a single company for use for one of their executives. Liars!!! We never would have purchased this car if we were told the truth about it being a rent a car. Unless you want an unpleasant experience and don't mind being lied to and getting ripped off, then I suggest you go elsewhere for your vehicle. On the bright side, I transferred the loan to my bank at 2.99% before the first payment was due so the sleazy finance guy will no longer get any commission from his unethical tactics. read more

I had an amazing experience purchasing a car here. They had the exact model and color I was looking for at a much better price than anywhere else. The car also is low in mileage and looks brand new, but needed new brake pads. Before I came to pick it up, they had the brakes done and the car fully serviced.
