I'm subtracting a star because their dryers are not very intuitive to use and I needed help to work it, which seems ridiculous as I've never needed help operating anything in a laundromat before. I appreciate the option to be able to use my credit card to fund a laundromat card to avoid messing with quarters. They do charge a one-time $1 fee to get the card initially, but as they probably take a hit from the credit card companies that seems fair, and my former laundromat didn't even offer the option so it was quarters city only.
