I can not speak highly enough of this laundromat! As I have an insane schedule and no access to a washer dryer in my apartment, I use their wash and fold service. I'm telling you I have given them EVERYTHING from normal clothing, cocktail gowns, towels, CARPETS, blankets, and they never cease to amaze them with their care and speed. I've even left money or my AirPods accidentally in my pockets and they always carefully place them aside to give back to me later. These women are truly so sweet and kind, calling me by my first name and greeting me with a smile every time I walk in the door. #1 laundromat. Everyone who works there is friendly and attentive. Their prices are very fair considering the costs associated with laundry detergent, bleach, dryer sheets, etc., and to have your clothes dropped off and picked up the next day is convenient for me. This place is undoubtedly a gem. Outstanding service! I don't have access to W/D right now, so I contacted these guys. It was great, especially during Covid. I leave my laundry on the porch and it is left on the porch the next day. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! They shrunk my clothes completely!!!! :( I just moved to nyack and brought all of my clothes to be washed and folded. I even brought my own detergent because I have sensitive skin. I specifically asked them to tumble dry low. I picked my clothes up and when I tried everything on it had a burnt smell and was three sizes too small. They won't refund me or help at all. There's $3000 of clothing down the drain. Wonderful staff! I love their drop off service! They were kind enough to accommodate me when I needed to have my laundry done the same day. I was able to drop it off in the morning on my way to work and pick up after I was done. How convenient! The space is nice and clean. They have WiFi and television for those who do their own laundry but I honestly recommend using their drop off service. read more

-The attendant is very attentive and nice -There is parking on the side of the street - no actual parking lot -The machines are newer than ones I normally use, which is nice - they give you a read out of how much time is left in the cycle. Although, I noticed some machines don't light up and tell you which washing stage it's on. It seems to be a nice and clean establishment; however, I won't be returning because the price of the dryers is 25 cents for 5mins, which is absurd in my opinion. At the laundromat I frequent, the cost is 25 cents for 10mins. Needless to say I was not too happy about paying 2x more for the same amount of drying time I would normally use. Also, you should know if you want a snack, the vending machine doesn't accept quarters. I tried purchasing a bag of chips and for whatever reason the machine would not accept my quarters. read more

Clean. And that's the most important thing. Attendants are great. No one ever steals anything. Bathroom is generally clean. Wash prices are reasonable (2.50, 4 or 5:50 depending on the size of the machine). Dryers are the normal 25 cents for 5 mins. What else? Walked in and all the washers and drawers are being used by an associate working there! The entrance is a mess, bags of clothes that's people have dropped up, everywhere. The washers are overpriced! 4.00 for large, a medium also 4.00 and a small I didn't see until the end, 2.50! The real rip off comes when you go to dry and it cost 25/5 mins! What kind of crap is that? I was looking to be productive and get some clothes washed while I was on lunch. Ended up wasting 20 buck when I could have gotten it washed by my house for 10! This is an excellent laundromat! The staff is friendly, the place is very clean, the machines are repaired promptly if anything goes wrong. They run the A/C on hot days! The wash and fold service is unbeatable, wouldn't go anywhere else. read more
