I hired Lewis to wallpaper two walls of my husband's Smoke Shop in Brooklyn. The walls were not in good shape and the wallpapers I chose had tricky patterns, and Lewis and his assistant did an amazing job! Seamless and looks perfect. I was given no explanation as to why my request was being denied (scheduling, location, span of work, etc). When I inquired about a quote the owner asked me to measure the walls myself.... I don't have a ladder so I asked for an in person estimate. Again, I was denied service because no free estimates were given. I never asked for a free estimate, I only asked for an estimate. I'm not really sure why I was denied service ( I was never told), one can only assume some type of prejudice, but the representative had no tact or bedside manor.
