Their soft wash tag is what drew us to schedule a consult since our house is over 100 years old and we didn't want to damage the porch/deck area. Thankfully NYC isn't too far from where we live and there was no issue in getting them to come out to northern NJ. We were able to work directly with Nick who was super accommodating with our schedules and this guy gets an A+ for customer service! He showed up on time and was super friendly and professional. He managed to complete the washing of our large deck/patio area including all of the deck furniture within just a few hours and it looks brand new! The list of what they do during a cleaning is also on their website which I appreciated bc I was looking for a specific service within a cleaning. Gina was incredibly responsive to texts through iMessage, and my cleaner was experienced and wonderful! Followed my instructions to a T and beyond.
