Diane was very attentive to my pets' needs. She gave alot of TLC & spent a great amount of time with them. One of my dogs even had an accident by the back door and she cleaned it up. (I didnt expect her to do that, but she did.) She texted and sent pictures to me throughout the time my pets were in her care. I really enjoyed seeing the texts & pictures.
