I had a shirt I purchased from Tommy John across the hallway on December 10 that I needed to return and they gave me a complete refund, no questions asked and they didn't care what day I bought it. Company policy definitely does not put the customer first. I will not be shopping at the Scottsdale store or any other Untuckit store for that matter.

Kids working are all more concerned with chatting with each other rather than helping customers. The store is fairly small so their inventory and in stock sizing is limited. I had proof of purchase of an unwashed unworn t shirt to return and was refused the return without the tag (after having made returns without tags previously). The manager Luis was unhelpful and told me that it's their store policy but could not show me in writing where it was written (because it's not) that the tag must be attached for returns. They just kept saying it was specific to their location -- yet, this is a corporation so I'm unsure why policies would be different from store to store. Overall, won't be coming here again. Not worth the crappy service, limited selection, and too cool for school retail workers who are disinterested in helping customers. Was able to return the items in ten minutes by calling customer service, there shouldn't be a gap between policies like this.

Today I stopped in with my boyfriend looking for some shorts and maybe even jeans. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. One girl directed me to the jean shorts in the clearance section (perfect), which also happened to be the line for the dressing rooms. While I waited in a decently long line (they just revamped the whole store and opened 2 days ago - it looks amazing) I was offered water, and had my clothes taken out of my hands and set aside for me. When I got into the dressing room, one of the attendants brought me some other jean shorts I might like, and they're really nice about letting other people into your dressing room with you. The dressing rooms are way cool. They have charging ports and an electronic touch screen where you can control the music and lighting of your own room. Really great experience! I'm excited about the new store, and everyone who works there is helpful and friendly. Can't wait to be back!

I finally made time for myself and met a friend at the mall before dinner. We decided to try some clothing on. The employee helping us was super sweet, patient and personable. With her help, my friend and I both found a pair of jeans. I also found a sweater and a blouse. I was not going to get both, but it was my lucky day as they started their black friday sale early and everything was 40% off! I bought it all and have already worn everything and am super pleased with it all! Yes, it's regularly pretty expensive, but catch it on a sale day or splurge on yourself... retail therapy is real!

There were all sorts of items to choose from beyond just jeans, so you can buy tops, dresses, etc....but I came for jeans so contained myself and focused on those only this outing. Tommy is the manager who assisted me and he was AMAZING!! He asked me what I was looking for, what I liked/disliked, and then we went to town. He was so thoughtful in helping me narrow down what worked for my body, and I left with 3 pairs of jeans that I am beyond happy with. Working with him made the entire shopping experience a ton of fun, and next time I go back I will 100% be asking him for more advice.
