As a owner you should be ashamed in the way you replied to this. The fact of the matter is that your employees had 3 of the 5 people in our group feel extremely uncomfortable based on the fact they weren't your traditional cliental. To then dismiss the feelings of people who dealt with it, is deeply disturbing and the way your establishment handled this is poor, and shows your not any better than your employees. Please learn how to run a business properly because your actions have scared away sales. While I have spent plenty of money at your store, as well as my friends, being a group of college aged kids in the area, I can assure you no one deserves the level of disrespect that I watched my friends receive. As a "owner" you figure your stuff out, and better train your employees. Keep your with society. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at Norde Scottsdale. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Instead of making customers feel welcome, the staff seemed judgmental and disrespectful. From employees talking negatively about customers and making comments about the way people looked, which was completely inappropriate and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place based on the poor treatment and lack of professionalism. read more

I visited Norde Scottsdale Western Boutique in Old Town and absolutely loved the experience. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a bright, stylish space filled with Western-chic fashion, boots, hats, fringe jackets, graphic tees, and accessories that felt effortlessly cool. The staff were friendly, helped me try on a few looks, and even offered advice on pairing boots with the outfit I picked. I walked out with a fun new hat, a pair of boots I'll wear again and again, and a big smile. Really cute boutique in old town on main street. Very cowboy chic oriented, lots of bachelor-ate attire. Their sales are great, there's always a sale rack outside the store. They are somewhat expensive and it's not every day wear, but overall lots of cute options. The service is service with a smile. read more

Norde is the cutest little cowgirl country boutique! It's totally Arizona and I'm here for it. I was drawn into the store by its cute decor and neon lighting. Totally girly and eye catching. They have such great clothes and accessories here. Like I mentioned before it's casual fun country styles and little flares of retro vibes. The gal behind the resister was super lovely and welcoming. I also appreciated that they were dog friendly here which allowed me to shop with my pup with ease. The girl told me they are known for their cute graphic t shirts and boy was she right! The graphic tees here are adorable. The shirts look to run you between $40-$50 but they are quality materials and the prints are really cute. I splurged and got a grey tee with a cow skull head with pretty pink and turquoise writing and accents. A shirt I likely won't soon find again. My mom walked away with this adorable retro dusty rose cardigan with white daisy flowers all over it. Seriously the cutest thing I've seen in awhile. This shop is definitely a must stop when in downtown Scottsdale as the service here is friendly and the clothes are truly unique! read more

This place has a great selection of cute and trendy clothes and seems to be curated for the young 20 something's which was just what I was looking for to find my graduation dress! The two people who were working when I went in were so helpful and kind and even started pulling things from the rack that they thought I might like! Clothing was a bit on the spendy side for what I normally go for (I'd say most pieces were between $50-$150) but they were all quality pieces of clothing!
