So, as someone who has tried many different workouts (HITT, BBG, Insanity), I was on the search for a new full-body workout that didn't have me slogging away on a treadmill or lifting weights on repeat. I was initially worried that I would be bad at boxing or that everyone would see that I wasn't able to keep up, but this gym has an amazing atmosphere and everyone is supportive no matter what level you're starting at.
