I had been warned by other friends to be very aware of my bank accounts when doing this because the owner was supposedly notorious for still charging people after they left. I had to message the owner 3 times in one week before even getting a response telling me he would cancel my membership, and then still got charged that next month. I called him and he immediately apologized and refunded me, but the same thing happened the next month.

It's such a positive, high-energy environment. The class itself was definitely a workout. I was sweating like crazy, but the music was high-vibe and kept me going the whole time. The 45 minutes flew by so fast. The location is in a plaza, so just keep in mind that parking is shared, but it wasn't an issue when I went. The studio itself is a really good size, with about 15-16 stations (bags/spots) set up for the class, so it didn't feel overcrowded.

Kick House is a wonderful place with dedicated trainers. During everyone's first class, the trainer takes time out to show you the moves. Every trainer at the Hershey location has been amazing! You sign up for classes in advance, but they do offer "drop-ins" for $25 as space allows. They only have 17 bags, so once they are full that's it! The website and app to sign up for classes are both very easy to use. They offer loaner gloves that you can use until you get your own. They currently offer about 5 different classes for all skill levels. Classes are either 30 minutes or 45 minutes in length. I have never enjoyed working out, but I am addicted to this. You leave fully drenched in sweat and feeling like you can take on anything!

We made the assumption that they may not be open, and we decided to call back an hour before and leave a message stating that we are unable to make it and asking if there was any way we could refund or reschedule the class. 10 minutes before the class was about to begin (we are located 45 minutes away) We received a rude and unprofessional text stating that there was no snow near her, and we would not be receiving any refund. After trying to mitigate the situation, we received multiple more rude texts and then no response. Today, one week later, we received a text about a class scheduled for the next day. Due to the absolute lack of communication, we had no previous knowledge of this class. When I called to ask what this new class scheduled was, I was met with extreme rudeness and was cursed out. All my communication was with Tia, I had tried to speak to her with respect and figure out the situation, but it was clear that she had zero customer service skills.
