It is not a huge place where you fear sitting and waiting a long time. I think I was seen about 10 minutes after my appt time. I had an xray and abdominal ultrasound sound done. All of the ladies were extremely pleasant and kind. My ultrasound was done immediately after my xray so no wait in between. I would gladly come to this location again, although out of my way, if need be.

Dr. Lee will actually listen to your concerns, he does not judge you, and actually treats you like a human being. I have had poor experiences with past doctors and Dr. Lee blows them out of the water. All of the office staff are just as nice, too. People don't usually look forward to going to the doctors office, but they ease any anxiety I've had.

Well, let's see... I first took a motorhome to Hillmans for…read morea "pre-purchase" inspection that was apparently never done, as when I had to remove the engine cover weeks later, there was an animal next, obviously old, on top of the engine block. Hillmans told me the unit was in good shape. 2 weeks later, returning from our second camping trip (local, thank goodness), we overheated. Since I had already scheduled service for a generator that kept stalling and a refrigerator that didn't get cold (thanks for the "pre-purchase inspection...), I added that to the list. After two days, I called for an update and was told the radiator needed to be replaced. Three days after that, I cancelled my scheduled camping trip due to not having a motorhome to go in. I was told the new radiator was $1500.00 but they could send the old one out for a re-core. A week after than, I again called for an update and they claimed to have not heard from the radiator shop but my generator had been repaired and the refrigerator was cold. I expressed my displeasure that Hillman had not called me and that I had to keep calling for updates. Long story short, they never called me until I called complaining and, after two weeks, I had a new radiator and a refrigerator that still wasn't cooling. The generator was untested. Ricky at Hillman told me he'd price a new reefer and get back to me. Still waiting for that call. Meanwhile, the motorhome has been leaking transmission fluid in my driveway and any other place the unit has been, the generator continues to stall and I finally got the reefer working myself. The motorhome is now at another shop, and the first question I got was "who put this radiator in? All the transmission lines are cross threaded and leaking". I paid Hillman $3,000.00 for all this work and the only thing I got was excuses and a poorly installed radiator. Lesson learned.... 10/8 - Update from the shop fixing what HIllman didn't: ""Good evening Bob, just letting you know I literally just closed the hood on your RV & it's all set for pickup tomorrow....Please give me an idea when you're going to come by and pick it up.... We will talk then about going after the place that did this terrible butcher job." and "but we definitely need to get your money back from those hacks."

Dunn Tire has great customer service when you're face to face. Dunn Tire has crummy service online,…read morenot face to face, etc. It started when I requested an appointment for new tires. Didn't hear anything from them until 2 days out saying that appointment is no longer available. Had email correspondence with someone and had to wait an extra few weeks because every time I said, "yep I can take that appointment!" It was no longer available by the time I emailed back (which was always same day, if not within the same hour). After all the runaround I finally got an appointment 2 weeks after my first attempt at an appointment. Dropped the car off, got the estimate, they let me use a coupon. Very nice and easy process. Told me it would be about an hour. It ended up being almost 3 hours, I panicked because I had to get to work. I called to check the status and was put on hold and gave up after 12 minutes and figured it still wasn't ready. Eventually they called 2 hrs 45 mins later and it was done. Good in person, bad online and on the phone.

He did explain because it is also a medical office that there will be loud bangs and moves and there wasn't much they could do to change that. Which I understand. It just depends on how quiet you want your massage setting to be. I changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars because they took the time to reach out, they showed true care and consideration, and they gave me a refund for the massage as they said they want to ensure most of all that I was happy. 12/18/21 - I came here for the first time ever to get a deep tissue massage. My appointment was early morning. When I walked in the front desk associate greeted me kindly and had me fill out paperwork. It wasn't long after that I was called back for my massage. The room setup looked nice. However, the room was ice cold. It was on the second story of this house. It was so cold that even the heated bed barely had an effect. The masseuse had ice cold hands too. So it was far from relaxing because it was like ice cubes touching you every time you are trying to relax. I don't blame her because I'm sure she was cold too. Obviously. What I didn't like was that I could hear my masseuse chewing her gum the entire time. Christmas music was playing the entire time too. I like Christmas music but not when I'm getting a massage...that's far from relaxing lol. You also could hear every noise in the building. Customers walking in downstairs and talking, loud random bangs, etc. I would not recommend coming here for a massage.
