The doctors and nurses here have always been incredibly good to me, for whatever reason I find myself in their office. Just recently I visited because of a severely sore throat; fearing strep I gave a call and they were able to see me that afternoon. When I arrived, I'll admit I was a bit of an emotional wreck because of how awful I was feeling, but their services reassured me that I'd end up being alright. The doctor and nurse who aided me were incredibly nice and understanding, as well as accommodating. In the past I've come here when I broke my pinky finger, and after I'd sprained my ankle really bad, which they always recommend before being sent to the emergency room/immediate care (unless there's a legitimate emergency - like when I'd been hit by a car). Both those times the doctors had given me excellent advice to help me back on my feet in no time. I've also gotten flu shots, immunizations and basic check-ups; they basically provide you with everything you need here. This place has gone under a couple of renovations since I was small, but the offices are incredibly nice and very clean. It's easy to be comfortable here, which is ideal in a place you can find yourself starting to feel a little nervous. I would definitely suggest this office, especially families with small children.

There should be signs in the waiting room about using phone for videos on silent or with headsets. Because they already have a tv making enough noise. There should also be signs saying you can't use the cell phone as a phone in the waiting room. Headsets are needed. The welcome reception desk is nice. Well organized. Pleasant. Smooth. The appts seemed to be running on time. The rooms were clean and didn't feel cramped. The exit process was easy and smooth too. All in all this was a good place for a dr visit. They lost a star because the waiting room isn't managed as well as it should be. A few signs and a little bit of enforcement from the front desk staff will do wonders. I'd point out the tv isn't needed, or at least the volume doesn't need to be on, closed captions would be fine.

There is no information given to the patient about whether they are having a screening mammogram or a diagnostic mammogram. If they decide that you need a diagnostic mammogram, they'll probably reschedule you, because the radiologists are rarely there to do a diagnostic mammogram. Which begs the question: Who's reading the other mammograms? No answer when that question is asked, in fact, the Radiologist technician was very uninformative, and wouldn't even provide a phone number for the follow-up care, which was across town and was supposed to be to discuss the results of the mammogram. The receptionist was very polite and friendly, but she's new and will probably leave soon. I'd head to a center that actually has radiologists in the building.

Sometimes…read moreit feels like there is an undercurrent of superiority or disdain and other times things are perfect in every way. Any doctor I've interacted with has been great both for their interpersonal skill and their medical. The last objection I have is their phone menu changing at 5:30 to say that the office is closed when the website says they are open till 6pm. It's bad enough to close the phones early but the droning annoying loud mans goes on and on about how great they are without giving any real information on leaving a message which I wanted to do. I pressed Zero and what a mistake that was, it just started the mans annoying too long message to start over. I'm sure whatever management reviewed that message on the office is closed message either didn't listen to all of because they were in a hurry or they enjoy having their ego stroked. It doesn't matter what the message says if it is too long and too loud done by a well spoken person it has no immediate option to leave a message or any option but to sit and suffer being subjected to a non-functional drone on how great TP is. I have long disliked the phone menu sound and length of the message here but the last straw is calling when office is supposed to be open and then being unable to accomplish anything constructive. I will bet that any business that specializes in professional construction of the public face in that field would find plenty wrong and would coach that speaker to do many things differently with the actual menu. Not open during the published hours mm Having an annoying voice on the message. Having a barely functioning menu with no option that is easy to navigate Erratic front desk attitude. She and interacted beautifully with the child but still had plenty of time to fill in the gaps with the parent. Her conversation with the child was instructional, encouraging, and enlightening.
