We are very pleased with the facility and the employees that work there. They are special people and we are blessed. The food is very good and the daily activities and events are what gets us through the day. They have music that puts my mom in a happy place. The campus is very clean and decorated for every season. The campus is beautiful in the spring and summer with outdoor gazebos. They also have onsite doctors and and rehabilitation if needed. We know when we leave them for the day that they are being taken care of. I would recommend Fox Run to my family and friends.

It is important that we built up a people who know how to utilize their own voice and can be transparent and honest when something makes them feel a certain type of way and or when wanting to express their genuine desires, needs, and goals without minimizing themselves...some may be able to express their wants/needs well while others may need additional effort from others; no matter the situation at hand it shouldn't be degrading someones abilities...Asking for help shouldn't be taboo and should be worked at to the best of everyone as a collaborative effort, when needed..Also, there needs to be consistency throughout your organizations office locations no matter their location with how professional the staff present themselves, keeping lines of communication available, and maintaining healthy boundaries..I'm mentioning some key things here and others I have told a few at Belmont Housing Resources for WNY directly. Its not fair for the general public especially those who come in need of your services to be under served because staff is not prepared and are treating the humane social and economic well-being of individuals like it's not a priority but rather as if like they have to clash into some kind of bidding contest fight over what should be their right of entitlement...which in some cases can lead to further harm. You can walk in any time to access any of their services, but if you're coming in to talk to a HCV housing specialist about your rental assistant, calling ahead is always greatly appreciated. There's free parking behind the building and it's less than a block from the Summer/Best metro station. Come right in, sign in at the security desk, and the two nicest receptionists you will ever meet will take care of you. Housing Resource Center - two rooms of computers, exclusive apartment listings, telephones and a dedicated full-time staff member, Synta, to help people look for housing. Synta is knowledgeable about emergency housing, accessible housing, senior housing, family housing, or whatever you may need. When I volunteer in landlord-tenant court, I refer my clients, who have just been evicted from the apartments, to Belmont's Housing Resource Center. The best case scenario for my clients is usually that they will get a little more time to before the marshalls remove them, but that doesn't change the fact that they are on the brink of homelessness. Being about to refer them to Belmont makes a huge difference in how both the client and I feel walking out of the courthouse. Foreclosure Counseling - Belmont offers FREE foreclosure counseling for homeowners that are at risk of or in the midst of a foreclosure. I don't think there is another agency in town offer this service for free and Belmont has some of the only certified foreclosure counselors in the state. Colden and Anthony do a great job and have relationships with the folks doing loan modifications at various institutions. Homeownership Programs - Belmont has a FREE home-buyer education workshop which will satisfy the requirement that many banks have for participation in first-time homebuyer programs. Don't go paying for a class somewhere else because the trainers at Belmont are incredible and have ton of experience. They can also help you with matched-saving accounts for buying a house or starting a small business. Property Management - Belmont manages quite a few affordable housing properties throughout WNY including senior housing, family housing, and housing for adults with disabilities.

There is all sorts of interesting stuff in it, including a dog grooming place, a haircutting place, a really nice gym, a massage studio, a place for a quick breakfast or lunch, a nice high-end restaurant. There's also plenty of offstreet parking for the tenants. It isn't covered. There one and two bedroom apartments here. The way they reuse the reclaim space is really nice. There was also a cash bar. The event was a way for several merchants to display their wares, among them Blue Table Chocolates, Tommyrotter Distillery, Rebel Ride and several artisans. The wait staff was great, replenishing the various platters and serving trays of tasty mini-potato pancakes and boneless chicken wing bites throughout the evening. They also picked up plates, cans and bottles, taking them back to the kitchen for disposal vs. there being many unsightly trash cans throughout the room. Fire alarms are constantly going off day and night, which does not make for a great sleeping or pet environment. The doors break a lot, so the key fobs don't work, and you get stranded outside the building. Packages get stolen all the time and nothing is ever done about it. Rent is expensive for how big the apartments are, plus an additional parking fee and mandatory amenity fees - none of which are included in the base rent. I'd say about the only redeemable thing about this property is that the staff is pretty nice. Besides that, I would never, ever recommend living here.

Even if many of the female residents have a menstrual cycle that matches the Lunar Cycle exactly. No, in fact, it is named as such because so many of the residents are Looney Tunes. I would know, I was one of them. In fact I was the craziest motherf***er in the whole projects, yo. In fact I was so crazy, they kicked me out and told me to move to Clarence with all the other crazies. These are to Amherst what the Perry Street Projects are to Buffalo. Most Amherst residents wouldn't go near them, because they are comparatively low-income housing. Which is hilarious because this area is leafy, suburban, and virtually crime-free, unless you count narcotics dealers and pimps as crime, which I'm sure (like me) you don't. I lived here for several years, and it ranks 3rd out of 3 in my "fave places in WNY I've lived." Clarence is #1, and Broadway & Bailey on the East Side is #2. I wouldn't recommend anyone live in Looney Acres. And if you'd like to be a farmer, there are no farms around here, but if you get kicked in the nuts, then you'll have a couple of acres.
