Starting with the feedback from our guests: "We didn't even eat all of our food we were dancing so much!" "I haven't danced this much in ages!" "Best wedding ever!" "Never had so much fun at a wedding!" "Every time I tried to take a break so I could get some rest, I couldn't because the next song hit and it was too good to pass up on" And so much more. We had a multicultural and multigenerational wedding and the dance floor was full from the time it opened until the last song. Dinner wasn't even served yet and he had the place rocking. Throughout the process, Jonathan was very professional, punctual, detail-oriented, and super responsive to our emails and texts. He provided us with so much guidance and helped us bring many unique ideas to life that left the night without a dull moment. They had all of our guests engaged the entire time and made our wedding a night no one will soon forget. Even during dinner, we were vibing from our chairs. He played the music we wanted, steered clear of our "Do Not Play" list, and was super affordable. We had him for both the ceremony and the reception and the music for both was seamless and classy. He even played some hip Spanish music for my side of the family! Also, this may sound silly, but he never once told the dancing crowd to raise their hands in the air, sing along, or any of that nonsense that we've seen other MCs do. I was very happy with that. He also really made sure that he had all of our names right, including my Cuban grandmother whose name is a bit difficult to pronounce. He engaged with the crowd but not overly so, and he was very accommodating with my husband's music request, including playing my husband's own mixes, and playing an instrumental version of "Baby It's Cold Outside" for my husband and me to sing at the end of our reception. He even cut if off in a good way when my husband and I laughingly had to stop singing because we forgot the words to the second verse halfway through and started cracking up. All the rite song types/tempos at all the rite times. We had an amazing amount of positive comments from our guests about how great the music was. We also had the opportunity to extend our reception by 30 minutes, which happened only a few days before the wedding. Bob was more than happy to extend his time for us. Bob is also just a great guy. We were married on June 14th 2014, and yet in October 2015 we were sitting in Ferrara's bakery in NYC having some desert, and as we were sitting there Bob walked by and recognized us. I was busy looking at my wife, but Bob stopped to say hello. He's that kind of great guy. He's busy with weddings and events all the time, plays guitar in a band, and all kinds of other things I'm sure. But he still remembered us so long after our wedding.
