I can't recommend Oleg and his team enough. First of all, they are SO RESPONSIVE!! They came out right away to give us an estimate and Oleg always got back to my messages to him quickly. They completed a difficult and large re-finishing and painting project for us, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They patiently removed (likely 100) years of varnish and stain off of our trim, baseboards, and front door, and re-stained them to a beautiful, natural-looking color. They also expertly painted three rooms for us, all involving uneven plaster walls/ceilings and substantial caulking. Very easy to communicate with from the start. I just texted from pictures of the area that needed work and they texted back an accurate estimate same day. Very flexible on the scheduling and completed the work efficiently. They were also informative in their opinion on how to finish the ceiling (popcorn style or not) and gave of their time without additional charges to purchase and then return materials not needed in the end. The work turned out great and they put the entry hall back together including hanging some paintings and moving some rungs and plants back to their original location. I contacted OA Construction to paint two average sized bedrooms and the portion of a living room with a rather tall wall. I needed to hire someone who could reach the high areas. They quoted 2 - 2.5 days to do the work. The bedrooms were done on day 1. They came back on day 2 to do the living room. They spent 4 hours on day 2. The bedrooms turned out nicely as did most of the living room. Unfortunately, the high area was sloppy. There is paint on the ceiling and a jagged line overall. At first Oleh denied that the line was off, then he said the walls were uneven, then he said it was too hard to reach. No matter what his "reason", it was a bad job that I could have done myself. I thought I was hiring a professional. Upon further inspection, I found paint on the floor and on a rug. Just tonight, I found an extra hole when they improperly reinstalled a railing. I'm so disappointed. This is a brand new townhome! I would not rehire Oleh. I'm out the money I spent on OA Construction. I need the ceiling edge repainted and the railing wall fixed and repainted. Overall, I think they rushed the job. I should have left the living room white. read more

We had a not so simple painting need in our living room and lounge. Oleh, first of all was extremely communicative, which was important to me on the company we chose. In addition, he was detailed in his approach along with his approximate timeline. They said they would finish in 5-6 days and they completed in 5 days. The attention to detail by them was very well done, him and his partner kept all areas clean, effeciently prepped the areas, covered everything to protect, and sanded/primed where needed. They completed our lounge area quickly and we loved the results. Our living room has 25ft vaulted ceilings and also wooden beams we wanted to paint in a different color. The lines on the cuts were perfectly straight and also improved over the existing paint job. In addition, they fixed the crown molding gaps that were created by removing a partial wall we had. We are going to work with O.A for another project and I booked them right away for our front door and basement. Looking forward to seeing the same type of results from the first project they did for us. read more

Due to ongoing flooding/seepage issues, our once fully finished basement had been torn apart with waterproofing and mold mitigation. After talking to three different contractors, we decided to hire Oleh and his team to make the needed repairs. They completed several projects including walls, flooring, doors, vanity installation, and painting. They were able to find matching floor tiles for the biggest part of the basement project saving us thousands of dollars. They laid ceramic tile in the bathroom and vinyl flooring in the laundry room. They also evened up the laundry room floor which had been improperly installed. During the pre-painting process, they fixed wall dents & improper drywall taping from a previous installation. Throughout the entire project, Oleh provided fair estimates and updates. There were never any surprise costs. They arrived on time and cleaned up daily. They will be returning to complete a mini-bar installation in the next few weeks (waiting on items to be delivered). They hung my 3 panel 'Mind The Gap' wallpaper with no visible seams, painted my closet floor black (TWICE after a delivery company scratched up the floor), replaced all the trim in my upstairs hallway/son's bedroom/husband's office, and created custom cabinetry and shelving for a long overdue closet cleanup. They hung mirrors, new light fixtures, and doors. These Gents are absolutely amazing and are worth your time!
