    Ductwork before paint.

    Kevin was super responsive and flexible. We initially requested a quote to paint three bedrooms and exposed ductwork. As we were coming up on the appointment, Kevin came over to provide a second quote for the hallways and living room/kitchen ceilings/trim. The overall cost was very reasonable. Nikki set up the appointment/payment and was great to communicate with. The crew was also great, including the two foreman's, Refugio and Frank. They were friendly, clean and efficient. Most importantly, the paint was superb. Zero streaks. We have received unsolicited compliments from other contractors on the overall quality. The project was scheduled for four to five days, but was completed in three. We can't say enough about the experience. We will definitely work with Kevin and his team again. - B

    New frame and insulation

    Kevin and his crew Sergio, Juan and Pablo were wonderful. I had a big project! They painted my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo and my living room has a 19 foot ceiling. My exterior wall had moisture. The whole wall had to be replaced. They as well as the carpenters Kevin hired did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs painting or has moisture issues! Everyone was so courteous and they did a great clean up job! AND, it was a fair and reasonable price. I will use them again for my next residence.

    Wow ok so this is great. Let's start from the beginning and flow through to what just transpired which I feel is completely unprofessional. I put out a request for a quote only to this company because their reviews were so great. I heard back from the owner here on yelp and then got a call the next day. I was on a work call so wasn't able to answer but called back as they requested and left a message to schedule an on-site consultation. I never heard back. So about a week and a half to two weeks later, I sent another message here through yelp saying I was still waiting for a call back. The owner replied and said someone would call me on next week because they're off for the weekend. Came across as kind of smart *ss and I started to let him know that I had already been waiting a week and a half if not longer but I just let it go. I got a call on Monday and although I was on a work call, I put that call on hold to make sure I could get this consult scheduled. That brings us to today. My appointment was at 10am. I get a call from someone named Nikki at 9:55am asking to confirm my address. While I'm on with her, my doorman calls to let me know they're in the lobby and I tell him great let him on up. I wait and wait and no one comes. Then I notice that I have a missed call. And see that it says Kevin which is the owners name. So I call him back and he proceeds to tell me he will not work in this building. That's all he says. So I ask why and he says after the exchange he had with the doorman, he won't work in this building. So I ask what happened. He says they were getting along fine and he had handed over his car key (as is required when someone parks in front of the building. There is a sign posted that says 20 minute parking.) He said as he was walking away to come up, the doorman asked how long he would be. He says he responded, not long and the doorman said well not long isn't good enough and it "escalated from there". He then starts to raise his voice at ME and starts talking about how he has been in business for 20 years and these doormen treat him horribly and he isn't going to take it anymore and YOU'LL JUST HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. So, I'm just holding the phone in shock because I'm thinking ok #1, there is a sign that says 20 minutes. Why not just say to him it will be 15 -20 minutes instead of saying "not long". #2, why are you raising your voice at me? #3 why not just come up and tell the person who can actually do something about it what happened instead of taking your "20 years" of mistreatment out on me? But I just said to him, "Thank you for letting me know and I'm sorry that happened." Before he hung up in my face. Dude really???? Listen, I have never NEVER had an issue with any of the doorpersons in this building. NEVER. And any other condo owner here, any visitor, any contractor, ANYONE will tell you the same. These guys are top notch. So, IF there was such an exchange, judging from the somewhat questionable service I experienced from this company, I'm going to have to say it may have been provoked. But because I want to know what actually happened, I'm having the building manager investigate. If the doorman did do something wrong, that behavior must be corrected and if it were any other building, I would agree with Kevin but not here and not these guys. Edit: His response proves my point. The problem is his ego is hurting after what he perceives to be 20 years of mistreatment by a bunch of OTHER people. They didn't return my call. They didn't get the address right. (And you know what, even in his response, he can't even spell my NAME right when it's right there on my profile. LMAO.) Now he says the door person was aggressive from the beginning but before he said they were getting along just great. Whatever the case may be, disappointed that the service I have received as been subpar to say the least but hopeful that others will have the great experience that led me to seek out their service in the first place.

    My bathroom wall had water leak damage from upstair. They send people next day after I contacted them, fixed it quick and nice.
