The only place to go in area. Professional work at a fair price and they keep their word. Really impressed and you will be too.

When I picked up my motorcycle from Chad my seat was gone, the speakers from my saddlebags bags are gone and my gas guage is no longer working front Chad draining the tank. Chad left all the covers off of my engine leaving layers of dust and dog hair in my motor. When I pick my motorcycle up Chad put the covers on without cleaning them leaving the dog hair for the next mechanic to deal with. Save your money and your sanity by going to a mechanic who doesn't ignore your calls, texts or emails and understands what integrity means.

Chad has the best work habit a tech can have to ease the mind of the customer, he returns all parts replaced and even keeps the boxes for the new parts he puts on so that you know you're getting exactly what you wanted, ordered and paid for. Chad is friendly and aims to please. My 2008 Harley Dyna Street Bob went in for service of brakes, check an oil leak and a couple of custom add-on items. He also thoughtfully adjusted my front suspension. Honestly, my bike rides be now than it ever has! Oh, and be sure to say Hi to his Frenchie shop dog THOR. He's as friendly as can be. I wholeheartedly recommend Headstrong Performance for all of your Harley, Indian, Chopper and other cruiser style bike maintenance, upgrade and customizaction needs. I won't go to anyone else.

He spent a tremendous amount of time answering my questions, helping me understand the process, and putting a deal together. As a new rider, I appreciated the effort he put in. The problem wasn't the salesperson. The problem was management. I was purchasing a motorcycle along with roughly $2,000 in riding gear. At some point during the process, there was a misunderstanding regarding a pair of boots that I believed were included in the deal. When I discovered they were not, I wasn't asking for the motorcycle price to be lowered. I wasn't negotiating freight, setup fees, or other dealer charges. In fact, I agreed to buy the motorcycle at the advertised price. I simply tried to find a reasonable solution to a misunderstanding that occurred during the sales process. When I spoke with GSM Joe O, I suggested multiple compromises, including splitting the difference. Instead of working toward a solution, Joe interrupted me saying I was "talking in circles" and made it clear he wasn't willing to do anything further. He was not willing to do anything to try and make the deal right. I'll own my part. After that conversation, I told Cody via the messaging system that I thought Joe had been rude and was acting like D. Was that the most professional wording? No. But it was an honest reaction to how I felt I had been treated. What happened next is what shocked me. After weeks of communication, countless conversations, and a customer who was ready to buy, I was informed by Joe that he no longer wanted my business. Despite his salesperson reaching out that day to button up the deal.... My wife had approved the purchase, the down payment was ready, and the only remaining question I had was regarding delivery. The deal was done. See text attached. I never shopped this deal around. I trusted the dealership, worked exclusively with them for weeks, and was prepared to move forward. What makes this so disappointing is that it appears the transaction wasn't canceled because of price, financing, or an unreasonable request. It appears it was canceled because I expressed an unfavorable opinion about the GSM Joe. If that's the case, then management allowed personal feelings to override common sense. A sale was lost. A salesperson lost a commission after investing weeks of effort. The dealership lost revenue. And a customer who was ready to buy walked away. Strong leaders can handle criticism. Strong leaders separate their feelings from business decisions. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. Today I'll be driving to the Bay Area to purchase a motorcycle that Elk Grove Powersports could have sold. That fact alone tells the story better than I ever could.
