Everything was stellar. My husband and our three dogs broke down on their way home in front of the Peppery yesterday. Daryl pulled over to see if he could help and offered to call Me Wuk & Tow it was a super affordable price and they said they would be there in 10 minutes! We usually have AAA but have not renewed it this year my husband works on cars and we are no strangers to getting vehicles towed to and from places. Defiantly were shocked to hear it only was going to take 10 minutes as any other tow truck company we have dealt with usually takes 1-2 hours. I came to pick our dogs up and sure enough they arrived in 10 minutes to get the truck towed home. Everyone was extremely nice and eager to be of help. We were so beyond grateful yesterday! Needless to say , don't think we will be renewing our service with AAA, we were so happy with everyone and 10/10 would refer them to anyone needing a tow or any other services they offer! I found out the hard way that getting towed from inside Yosemite National park is NOT easy, it's actually got difficult to find a tow company that will do it after hours. After several hours on trying to find someone, I was finally connected to Me Wok and Tow (next time, if there is, I will call them first), and they immediately set up a plan to come rescue me, my 3 passengers and my car. Within the hour they were there (the driver also texted me several times to give me updated ETAs), picked up my card and all 4 passengers and drove us 3 hours to our home. Fern is the man! He was easy to communicate with, he showed up when he said he would, and most importantly he knows how to tow. We had an abandoned 5th wheeler trailer on our property and it was in a difficult position to get out, not to mention the condition of the trailer. Two other tow companies said it was too hard to get out so they wouldn't even attempt. Fern came by, diagnosed the problems, got it out in record time with literally no issues. I was broke down at the Black Oak Casino 65 miles from home. My insurance wanted $375 to tow me home and another local tow service wanted $175.00 to tow me to the closest repair shop. A very kind employee at the Bear Creek gas station gave me the phone number for ME WUK & TOW. Everyone I came in contact with was so helpful and kind. I called them and with in 5 minutes they were at the gas station to tow me to the auto repair shop and charged me such a reasonable and Extremely fair price. During our conversation I told Fern how much I was going to be charged at the closet repair shop for radiator replacement, he said he knows a shop that will take good care of me. He called Aaron the owner of Illicit Custom Auto in Twain Harte, he agreed to do my radiator repair at a very reasonable rate. ME WUK & TOW provided excellent service that was so much appreciated. My vehicle was towed to Illicit Custom Auto in Twain Harte, I was initially told that it may be a week until my vehicle was repaired, which was fine. I received a call the next day from the owner Aaron of Illicit Custom Auto that they had a cancellation and my Tahoe was ready to be picked up. We went the following day to pick the Tahoe. Everyone was so amazing to deal with. I was on my way home about 8 miles out from Illicit Custom Auto when I had another issue with my Tahoe, I pulled over at a gas station and called Aaron told him what was happening, he came down with Greg one of his employees and took care of my new issue, with no problem and no charge. While we were waiting for Aaron, two other kind men came over to see if they could help. The the people of Tuolumne County are very nice and extremely helpful.
