I called in interest to get my car smog and was told "well you need an appointment". As i mentioned i was interested in moving forward, the comment of having to ask my husband if he was available for the given date and time was too much. I was told " I have other callers i need to answer" and comments like "figure it out" that i over heard were not ok. My response: "it's ok ma'am, I will find somewhere else, thank you" and hung up.

I got there and the owner wasn't in site. The people up front were nice, but they called the owner and he said I could monthly payments and that he wouldn't lower the price to what I was quoted over the phone, paper copy, and Voicemail that verified what I was told. They tried to upscale the price on me by almost $800 extra dollars. Where the heck did the price jump from? I will not recommend people and friends to go here. I told friends and family and was told I shouldn't have gone to them in first place to get my truck fixed and worked on. Learn from your mistakes is what I did. Don't recommend at all. The owner could respect what his front desk people told me the overall price was going to be out the door, but instead, he wants me to do monthly payments. I'm not doing that.
