More than a gym, changed my son's life for the better. My son was not hitting his gross motor…read moremilestones around 9 months old so I decided to have more than a gym evaluate him to see what he needed to work on. More than a gym is a really great place. It's clean, the sessions always run on time and the physical therapists were outstanding with helping my son. Mikayla and Erica took the time to learn about my son and how to help him with a person centered approach. They both showed my son kindness, and you can tell that they truly care and take pride in having their clients succeed. When my son walked independently for the first time, it was in a session with Mikayla and it was the most exciting thing watching my son walk by himself with the people who helped him achieve this right next to him. Yes, more than a gym has a firm cancellation policy, for the reason that many people are on a waiting list. The cancellation policy is posted and very clear before you start services. The receptionist Jen was outstanding with helping us reschedule if we needed to or calling me to see if I ever wanted to add an extra session.
