My Mom had a procedure here early in the morning. It was easy to find parking because it was early, right outside the hospital. They are organized and check you in efficiently. There is a cafeteria and the cook was making a full breakfast. The waiting area has a screen where you can check on the status of the patient. All of the staff was friendly, competent and eased my Mom's anxiety. Very good beside manner. I received a call when my Mom was done and they led me to the room where she was staying. The nurse was pleasant and then told me to pull up the car so that they could wheel her out. It was easy to pull up the car to the green curb and then we were off. A long day but my Mom felt she was well taken care of through the entire process. read more

I brought a friend to the emergency room due to severe abdominal pain. Upon arrival, my friend was experiencing such intense pain that they could barely stand, sit, or communicate effectively. Despite being visibly distressed, they remained in the waiting area for approximately three hours before being evaluated. This experience raises several concerns. Why are patients who are visibly in severe pain kept in the general waiting area for prolonged periods? Why are they not placed in a more secluded or quiet space where they can rest comfortably while awaiting evaluation? The waiting room appeared to be cold (55F), crowded, and noisy, with patients, visitors, and families sharing the same space. Although signs promoting a "Healing Hush" environment were posted, the noise level and overall environment did not seem conducive to someone experiencing significant pain. Additionally, does the Emergency Department have designated spaces for patients with varying levels of clinical conditions? Patients with severe pain, limited mobility, or obvious distress may benefit from a separate observation or treatment area rather than remaining in a busy public waiting room. Another concern involved the urine specimen that had already been collected. We were later informed that the specimen could not be located and were asked to provide another sample. For a patient experiencing severe abdominal pain, this was both difficult and frustrating. The request felt abrupt and added unnecessary inconvenience and distress during an already challenging situation. This prolonged our wait in the ED While I understand that emergency departments often face high patient volumes and must prioritize patients based on clinical urgency, patients who are visibly suffering deserve greater comfort, privacy, timely reassessment, and better coordination of care. My intention in providing this feedback is not to criticize the staff, who work under challenging conditions, but to better understand the process and encourage improvements that prioritize patient dignity, comfort, safety, and the overall patient experience. Okay, there is something seriously wrong with the world... I went to visit my boyfriend at O'Connor Hospital in San Jose. Then when I left, I stopped at the restroom on my way out and totally slammed my middle finger in the wooden door of the bathroom stall. It was really beginning to swell so I stopped and asked for ice or an ice pack three different places. Each time I was told no. The last place I asked was at the doors of the emergency room. Been to this hospital a number of times now nurses doctors awesome best treatment this time I was in there went in on Sunday the 26th got released on Tuesday the 28th I was on the 5th floor the nurse's name was Daniella very disrespectful and degrading at the same time she was very nice and polite the problem was I have a boot on my leg I had to put the boot back on to get to the hospital I was pretty sick and I've been in a wheelchair for over a year and a half went into the bathroom to go have a bowel movement then she came in and I said I don't think I could wipe myself there's nowhere for me to support myself she started off with don't you wipe yourself at home how do you do it at home and I said well my bathroom is pretty much equip for me to be able to do that here are not so she stated to say we do not accommodate that I said you don't cuz you have before no you're going to have to do it I'll get you up but you're going to have to do it so as I stood up unbalanced and I could not do it then she proceeded to tell me I'll just do it pissed off door wide open other patients in the bed there was another nurse there her name was An she proceeded to help me she says you're not done yet I said yes I am well of course she didn't do a good job cuz I got back in bed when I had to get up to go again there was feces smeared all on my sheet very unprofessional very degrading and very unprofessional especially in front of others thank you read more

Received great care here - the staff are all very friendly and professional. Facilities are definitely on the older side including some sinks that need some caulk work. However, I felt reassured that the healthcare team was thorough in their intake, procedures, and discharge. That is more important than some old sinks. Parking is incredibly difficult to find so either come early or have valet take care of it for you if you are pressed for time. Hope that they can upgrade the facility soon. read more

This hospital is horrible! A family member of mine got admitted on the 5th floor, she was there for 1 week... that will definitely be her last stay there! They didn't even help her brush her teeth or her hair while she was laying in bed and wasn't able to get up. The ONLY staff that delivered quality care was RN Allen Snyder. He made sure she was good, explained things and just took the time to talk to us. He went above and beyond, so kudos to him! The rest of the nurses were incompetent and rude! Be kind- it wouldn't hurt to smile! Allen- you deserve to work elsewhere! The food delivery staff, janitor, cafeteria staff, and visitor info staff were nice at least. Im not sure what happened to this hospital I'm guessing it's because it is now county owned so it is just a mess. Had to go to the emergency room while at work in middle of the night. Check in was smooth. No issues there. They took my blood test gave me some meds for vertigo then made me pee in a cup. Nurse told me to hold on to my pee until someone calls me. It was almost 3 hours until someone called me again and this time it was already for my CT scan. I asked the male nurse who was escorting me to the imaging room what I should do to my urine he said just hold onto it. 2 ladies in the imaging room was bickering about a nurse who went home and they weren't notified by it or something idk. I then asked them what I should do with my urine and they told me to give it to the nurse. After the CT scan they brought me back to the waiting room. The male nurse then told me to throw away my urine cause they dont need it, like I was just holding onto that for hours for nothing. Never got a room, they literally had me sitting in the waiting room this whole entire time. Complete waste of my time. The attending physician had the audacity to tell me that sometimes people get dizzy even after I explained to her that it wasn't dizziness. She went with that diagnosis and ran with it. read more

I had a procedure at Stanford Hospital and was discharged the same day. Later, I experienced excruciating pain and went to the ER at O'Connor Hospital. Although Stanford declined my transfer, O'Connor admitted me for two days. The hospital may not be new or fancy--it's not a hotel, it's a hospital--but the doctors and nurses there, both in the ER and during my stay, treated me with exceptional kindness and empathy. This hospital is an absolute joke. I came here for a scheduled feeding tube change and unfortunately had to stay the night. The nurses are rude, dismissive, and it seems as tho certain nurses do things on purpose to upset you. Like pressing the call light button and having to wait 20 minutes just For her to come in and say "what now". Some of the drs are wonderful but some aren't and they go Above previous Dr orders and make the stay unbearable. I said I don't eat pork and I got a ham sandwich for my meal. No one communicates with each other making the patient to all the work. I've never felt so unheard and unsafe in a hospital. I'm here because I HAVE to be not because I want to be. And don't get me started on their ER dept. I went in for a regular check up and everything went pretty smooth. The doctor took time to ask a lot of questions and explained things in a way that made sense. They didn't rush through anything and actually listened to what I had to say. Staff were okay, they got me in and out with minimal waiting. The place was clean and felt organized. Didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable at any point which I appreciate. I wouldn't say it was the best experience ever but definitely solid and I'd go back again if I needed something looked at. read more

Had to go to the ER because of a really bad lung infection. My family had called 911 and the ambulance brought me to O'Connor. I had been here when I was a kid for a similar situation where I had a bad asthma attack but it wasn't as bad as my recent visit. I had to be intubated, and the nurses and staff were very patient, kind, and caring while I was here. I had to stay for about 4 days being given different treatments to make sure I was better. Sure enough, all the medications and treatments worked and I was prescribed a stronger inhaler and some left over medications that I needed to take. I had a pretty pleasant stay here, and I'm very thankful for the care I was given. Everyone that helped me on the road to recovery was very professional, and treated me with kindness and respect. I had a very bad fall yesterday with bruises and pain all over. They didn't even look at my injuries on the upper right side of my chest, the top of my right shoulder, and down towards the back near the shoulder blades. I told them both sides of my upper body and my two knees were injured from my fall with my right side hurting the most. They ignored my left side completely, got me a right shoulder and right knee x ray. The pain on my left side was partially on my neck that went down to my arm. I had bruising on my right knee too. No one took a look at my bruises. I didn't get the comprehensive care I believed O'Connor Hospital ER still had. They gave me two Tylenol that didn't improve the pain and that was it. The horrible pain I have in my shoulders, neck, knees, arms have not gotten better and basically worse today. Two nurses that were walking around gave me a hard time and were annoyed with me because I was frustrated my issues with the pain were not fully addressed. I'm still in a lot of pain and not sure my review has been enough for my voice to be heard. read more

Fantastic Emergency Room Care. I came here 20 mins after being discharged from Good Samaritan ER knowing I was really sick & Good Sam had not even examined me properly. The ER doctor here at O'Connor took her time examining me getting chest x-rays getting blood. I find out I have pneumonia. I was immediately taken back into a room in a bed when they found out I had pneumonia. They gave me medicine right away. They did a second blood test. They made sure I got proper ER care. Thank you O'Connor ER for treating with dignity, & proper care when a private hospital ER treated me horrible & having a terrible doctor treat me like a number and not a sick patient as Good Sam did to me. Despite the negative reviews, I had a great labor & delivery experience at O'Connor back in March of last year. I was seen promptly and all the nurses I encountered during my stay were very sweet. I particularly loved the night-shift nurses that cared for me in L&D and mother/baby. Always checked up on me to see if I needed anything. I would recommend OCH if you're looking for somewhere to deliver your newborn. One tip is to request one of the larger rooms in Mother/Baby while you're in L&D. This will ensure you'll get a more spacious room after delivery. read more

I bought my family member in the ER treated for a stroke. A patient who's had a stroke should not have to wait 11hours in the waiting room for a room upstairs that's beyond ridiculous it's by far the worst. Went up to the room. The rooms floor is dirty not cleaned looks like it hasn't been mopped in awhile if at all. There's no excuse for a rooms floor to be seen like this by the patients family. Why do people like us who do t work there contact the nurse so that person can contact environmental services. It should have be disaffected way before the next patient comes in, so this is what we vote for funding for to prevent diseases and cross contamination. If any person walks barefoot look out you may catch the dirties from the dirt on this floor. Why have socks for the patient than the patient lays on the bed than dirties the sheets. read more

This is horrible hospital. Do not come here. My mother was not able to swallow and had to have nutrition and liquids through IV. They wanted to disconnect her nutrition and liquids and stop treatment so that she would die faster. They called so called "ethics" committee and I had to beg for her life and request them to respect our religion. Most of their nurses are incompetent. She died in this hospital. They refused to provide a relief stating that she is dying anyway. Respiratory therapists are incompetent. My request was that they put my mother on bipap machine if she is having trouble breathing. They have not done this when she was alive, but connected her to this machine when she was already dead. It was completely staged. My mother died in this hospital. I believe that this hospital has shortened her life and made her suffer when she was dying. This hospital is not ready for earthquakes or disasters. They have it posted on their walls. Department of Public Health cited them for their nursing staff, respiratory therapists and governing bodies do not follow procedures and plan of care among other things. 1. When my mother went to the ICU on March 22, 2024, the doctor made a note in her records that all these efforts were wasted because "she is dying anyway". This is a horrible note. He wanted her dead. 2. I was coerced to change the full code to DNR and DNI. I did not do it on my free will but under coercion from O'Connor hospital staff. Reason - they wanted to ensure that if she gets in a critical condition, there would be no chance for her to survive. So, they wanted her dead. 3. I was continuously followed by their case manager who was insisting on transferring my mother even when she was in ICU or in critical care, even when this case manager did not have a place for a transfer, even when my mother was not in any shape to sustain any transfer. So, she was a burden to the hospital and they wanted her dead. 4. I was called to the ethics committee where I was coerced to disconnect her TPN and fluids and stop all treatment because they did not want her to live any more. I did not agree to this. 5. And finally when she had difficulty breathing, they did not connect her to the bipap machine so she would die. So, she died. When she died, they connected her to this machine, they "staged" her. I have made it known to this doctor and to this hospital before my mother's death that the bipap machine should be used as the last resort if my mother's oxygen drops. On April 30, 2024, I left the hospital at about 6pm. I received a call from my mother's nurse at 6:37pm who stated that her oxygen saturation was dropping. When I arrived at the hospital, I found my mother connected to a bipap machine and she had already passed away. The outlook of my mother was like she was "staged" in bed and connected to bipap machine. She was laying like someone arranged her laying in bed too accurately. The Rapid Response Team was called to my mother in this emergency situation. It took 17 minutes for them to arrive. Meanwhile, her oxygen dropped too low. My mother was "staged" in bed connected to a bipap machine when she already died. This machine was not used when my mother was alive despite my decision for her care. A complaint was filed with the Department of Public Health. The hospital lied to DPH that they have not used the bipap machine. There were many witnesses that my mother was connected to the bipap machine. So, they used it. They connected her to this machine when she was already dead. The hospital is lying. Had the bipap machine been used, my mother may not have died on this day. And other treatment has been delayed. Had it not been delayed, my mother may not have died on this day. 6. Respiratory therapist said that she was stable before I left. As soon as I left her oxygen was dropping and she was dead. The hospital wanted her to be dead, so they might have "helped" her to die. Stay away from this hospital. This is horrible hospital. This is my advice to you. read more

I went to the ER to figure out what was wrong with me. Instead, I got ignored and dismissed. The white nurse checking on me seemed dismissive and negligent. Not sure if it's because of my insurance. Anyway, I get squeezed in by my pcp for an appintment. Come to find out, I have Pneumonia. Can't you see that on an X-Ray? They literally ordered an X-Ray at the hospital, and I was informed the results were fine. The same white nurse also informed me my lungs were clear. Be weary before coming here I guess. read more

I was seen within 5 minutes of checking in. My vitals were taken 1 minute later, then someone else took my history, I had my blood drawn and I was registered, all within 15 minutes after checking in the front door! This place is amazing! Not only did i not have to wait long, they really care about me and they know how to do their job quickly and efficiently. I usually get poked 2 or 3 times in order to get my blood drawn. The phlebotomist at O'Connor emergency room only poked me with the needle once, in order to draw my blood. I've been here before and my internal medicine doctor didn't want to give me anything for bronchitis and I was really sick and they connected me to an oxygen tank with medicine and I got better within a day or two, after having suffered with bronchitis for about 2 months. I'm excited to share my honest review of O'Connor Hospital's Labor and Delivery team. After a traumatic experience at Good Samaritan Hospital with my first child in 2019, I chose O'Connor Hospital this time. The team here is truly the best - from the doctors to the nurses. Despite needing a c-section at 34 weeks and 6 days due to fetal distress, everything went smoothly. Special thanks to nurses: Suzie and Grace, who went above and beyond to support me through the process. I even named my baby "Hong-An" after Nurse Grace. Nurse Suzie provided exceptional care and support during the C-section, guiding me both mentally and physically. Thank you to these amazing nurses for turning a terrifying experience into a calming one. I will always be grateful and will share this experience with my baby Olivia Hong-An when she's older. I must add: Nicu team is very careful with my preemie baby. She was born at 34 weeks and 6 days and stayed In Nicu for 2 weeks and 2 days. They made sure she was ok before discharging her. The Drs and nurses were very caring and took great care of her! Thank you Nicu nurses and Drs. The Lactation team was amazing, it seems like their religion is to convert all mothers to breastfeed their babies. From the moment I gave birth until discharged they are very helpful with guiding me to breast feed. I cant recommend this hospital enough for the care I received through out my whole labor and delivery process. I am very appreciate and happy with my experience! read more

They make sure patients are always comfortable. I love that they are very personable. I got to know almost all of them even if I was not assigned to them. Do not go here. They were so unorganized, and wanted to have me take the same X-rays two days in a row, because they didn't read my chart. Said I had bacteria in my blood, then found out it was contaminated. Then they had me pee in a cup, then had me hold it in the lobby, just to tell me that they did not need it. The bathrooms are disgusting, and the triage nurse chased my fiancé out the lobby for no reason. It was a nightmare. A waste of money, and they tried to scare me into staying the night..... then when we pushed back, they said that I could go home and take antibiotics. read more

Cannot find any words how much I was worry about delivery and how much these caring stuff of O'Connor delivery department and postpartum department helped me get through this experience. Went to the ER with my fiance last night, he was having symptoms of a pulmonary embolism. The "doctor" assigned to his case said that he was so critical that they were going to bypass a d-dimer and instead get him a CT scan. So we waited. And waited. And waited. His symptoms started to get worse. We flagged the doctor down. He shrugged and said people have been waiting on a CT scan for hours. We asked why he was made to wait for so many hours if he was so "critical" and why he didn't just start with the d-dimer. The doctor again, shrugged his shoulders and said he'd understand if we wanted to leave. And the so-called "nurse" sitting in the glass office came and checked my fiancé's blood pressure. It was 150/108 and she said that that was "perfectly fine". I wish I'd gotten her name as I'd like to report her to the nursing board for gross incompetence and negligence. I'd also like to report the shrugging doctor as well as he's also medically incompetent. I will be going back to obtain their names and file these reports with the nursing and medical board. Don't come to this hospital if your life is in danger. I'd give less than one star if that was an option. read more

On 4/25/2025 my mother was brought to O'Connor hospital in San Jose. On her 3rd day in the hospital my family noticed liquid coming out of the injection site from one of the IVs. Nurses were notified. The next day upon visiting it was observed that more liquid and now blood was coming out from the IV site. Nurses were notified once more. The following day we returned to visit and noticed swelling of my mother's arm and hand accompanied by redness to her skin. My mother was heavily sedated and on a breathing tube so she could not communicate. The nurses were called and they immediately took out the IV. They wrapped her arm and told us it was healing and looking much better in the days following. Today 5/28/2025 my mother in now at Valley Medical Center transferred for plastic surgery. Her doctors there informed us that this wound on her arm has not been healing. In fact becoming worse. They performed a debridement of her arm. Along with inaccurate statutes of improvement O'Connor hospital hid this injury keeping it wrapped up and telling my family it was healing. Once transferred out of the ICU there was no documentation of what happend to my mother's arm. Leaving new nurses clueless to the severity of the wound. Only being informed to "dress and wrap" the wound. It has effected my mothers mobility in her arm. Also prolonging her discharge now waiting for the surgery she needs on her arm. Now on two wound vacs. And extra antibiotics for this new wound. O'Connor hospital took no responsibility and rushed our family to find a Sub-Acute facility to transfer my mom to. Case manager Raj was conflicting and of no help for us to find her a good place. Changing discharge plans for a week straight. Implying that my mother's insurance will no longer cover her stay there and if we couldn't find anywhere we could "take her home and do her wound care ourselves". The neglect my mother received at this facility along with disrespectful case management is unacceptable. This is one of the numerous issues we faced at this hospital. A major mistake on their end that now cost my mother her right arm. All this could have been avoided if the first nurse notified had did their job and realized the IV wasn't placed right. I gave birth to my daughter at O'Connor! My OB works with this hospital. The labor & delivery team was stellar!!! I was so nervous about giving birth since it's my first baby! But they took me in & gave me a wonderful experience. All the labor and delivery nurses were very sweet and came to my calls! I felt so loved and cared for. They advocated for me when I was in pain and they constantly checked up on me. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my baby and I. They made the pushing part so easy and with no complication. I also have to thank Dr Phan for having an excellent team at O'Connor! Besides the intake nurse, who doubted my water broke. She was very rude and kept acting like I was 20 weeks pregnant saying I should have just stayed home Christmas night. But I felt my water breaking and my Dr told me to go when it breaks. All the labor & delivery nurses were amazing! The Postpartum nurses were ehhhh. I didn't really feel so loved. They kept pushing breastfeeding which is great I know but I knew it would be a lot for me as a first time mom. I got very bad Postpartum depression because of this. Seeing my daughter latch incorrectly and not being able to pump or get formula for her. Also the room where we recovered was so depressing and small! I felt like I was in a closet. The nurse didn't even help me change my pad after birth. I was so scared to use the bathroom because I had a tear and they didn't even reassure me that I would be ok. Just coldly gave me the products and made me bend down to put on my pad. All the other specialists for baby were bombarding me with information and felt so overwhelming. read more

There is not enough room in the limited Yelp box to share all of the experiences so I'll do a high-level summary. ER: Very busy. They lost my mother. Didn't know they already had her. ICU: My mother needed a pacemaker. It's supposed to be very simple, and in-and-out of the hospital. My mother ended up in the ICU for 19 days due to their negligence. Dr. Ngai Nguyen was assigned by the hospital to do the procedure. He had very poor reviews, but I talked to her primary care doctor who said not to worry; it is a simple procedure, he has been doing it for 20 years, he should be able to do it with both hands tied behind his back. Normally people go home the next day after a pacemaker. The surgery was scheduled three times. Each time, my mother was prepped for surgery, not fed, and then Dr. Nguyen did not show up. The nurses & surgical team seemed to not know why, nor to be getting any updates on scheduling. Meanwhile, the hospital had to bring in the crash cart multiple times to get my mom's heart beating, due to the delays in receiving the pacemaker. I finally stepped in and called the head of ICU, hospital executives, the surgeon (Dr. Nguyen) and anyone else I could get a hold of to find out why this Dr. was not showing up for scheduled surgeries, what they were going to do about it, or if I needed to pull my mother out of their hospital and get her in someplace that would actually try to keep her alive. They then scheduled the surgery again for a 4th time the following morning. Dr. Nguyen showed up this time an hour earlier than the scheduled surgery, so it was done before we knew it was happening. That evening, my mom started feeling intense pain, but couldn't see what was happening. This micro pacemaker is inserted through the groin & pushed up. She was asking for help. The nurses kept telling her they couldn't get anyone to come look at her. Nurses finally went to the ER to see if they could get a Dr. to see her. She was told, because two doctors had seen her that morning, she'd have to wait until the following day. This is in a hospital's ICU, and she can't get medical assistance when in intense pain following a surgery. My mother's entire leg swelled 3 times it's normal size and was deep purple/black from the thigh all the way down to her toes. She was bleeding out. They ended up having to do 3 blood transfusions to get enough blood back into her body. She was in the ICU for 19 days (for a supposed in-and-out surgery). Dr. Nguyen, her surgeon, showed his face 1 other time, about a week after surgery, walked into her ICU room, she pointed to her leg that could not bend, could not be walked on, swelling to enormous proportions, in pain, & Dr. Nguyen said: "It will go down in about a week" & walked out. No examination. They were only able to get her walking the last 2 days in hospital. Two years later, my mom is still trying to recover from what is said to be an extremely simple procedure. My mom now has difficulties walking and cannot stand for more than 15 minutes. Both a hospital Exec and my mother's primary care doctor said not to ever go back to this doctor again. Dr. Nguyen's own hospital that he works at is saying not to go to him. Meanwhile, my mom was not given any instructions other than a booklet from the hospital. We were not told if there were stiches to come out, what to be careful of doing with a pacemaker, we were not told that we needed bedside equipment to read the pacemaker,.... Every day in the ICU means at least a week of rehab. Because she is older, they said it might be a year of recovery. It is 2 years, and she is not back to normal. My mom used to lead international tours with much walking. She now can barely stand and walk, thanks to Dr. Nguyen & O'Connor Hospital. Per the cardiologist we had to find afterwards, which took months for us to get to see, he said, after spending 95% of her 1st appointment reading her lengthy hospital records: "Normally, we never like to bad mouth another doctor. But, this should never have happened. All they needed to do when she was bleeding out was to apply pressure for a 1/2 hour or hour. Her entire leg would not have filled with blood, and she should not have needed to get blood transfusions. I am so sorry that you had to go through this." We were also told by this new Dr. that we needed to have equipment to monitor her heart/pacemaker, that we were never told about, nor was the equipment ordered by Dr. Nguyen, nor the hospital. Customer Care/Ombudsman: Negative 10 stars. One gal would talk over you the entire time, so you could say nothing. She was obnoxious. We paid out of pocket to get a hospital bed, walker, raised toilet seats & bars, & other supplies, which are supposed to be covered by Medicare, and arranged by this team, but they did nothing. They have you search Medicare's site for rehab facilities & In-home care. Other hospitals give you lists of local resources. Worst Customer Care ever! read more

This nurse is EVIL! She was rude, racist and mean asf! I saw her speak rudely to and push a man who was doubled over in pain in a wheel chair. My pregnant sister was throwing up, suffering from a severe headache (cracked skull) and about to faint. When I tried to ask for her help she told me to find someone else and didn't want to help at all. She made this hospital look bad. I hope she loses her job because she obviously hates what she does! My wife is a travelling nurse and we just got here in San Jose last Friday 12/10/21. Now, the 14th, our son had seizure and we went straight to ER. The staff is great! Nurses Luke, Eric and Dr Ly treated our son ASAP. At the moment, we were not sure where the seizure was from because he was fine all day. He seized while sleeping. He siezed for 3 minutes. Then on and off after that. We then found out he have a fever which resulted on seizure (we do not have thermometer because our stuff are still in the luggage). I work in ER las Vegas. And one thing I can tell you guys is that this team is awesome! They didn't even stop us to register first. They took our son to one of their ER room to get checked. read more

Worst emergency care ever don't go here nurse Hayward in triage did not help my sister he said I was completely un useful is what he said to me after asking for help for my sister while she was in the bathroom which was unprofessional of his part because it's his job to help people when they are at their worse, it is essential for him to be at his best in order to do what his job is which is tend to those who are ill , like if that is not enough he tried getting aggressive and squared up to me like wanting to fight, just because I told him it's his job to be useful wich then he replied no it's not and then he had the indecency to kick me out and I was the only one accompanying my sister I was already worried about her and know I had add on nurse Hayward short temperedness to all I had to deal with.
