Would not recommend! We are not from this area and stopped by the office to ask where the parts department was. Todd sarcastically said you see that big sign over there that says parts. That's where you will find the parts you are looking for. As he couldn't stop laughing. What an asshat! First we had to listen to him tell an inappropriate joke to the people in front of us. Do not have this guy represent the face of your business. Went to the parts building but was still not feeling good from our welcome treatment and left to go somewhere else. Plus the whole time we were in there not one single person came to ask if they could help. If there was a negative star rating this place would get one. read more

Kyle at customer service knows his stuff , called him regarding my travel trailer shower issue, gave me a few options on what I can do, told him see u in about 30 minutes or less ....had in stock the part , walked me thru on changing it up ! Brought a brand new camper..went to Vancouver twice then kelowna the slide would not work....took it to O'Connor they said we didn't have warranty or it's a new camper so give us a discount? No they wanted over $1500 !!!!!! Said the motor died? No apologies nothing....we are done with O'Connor...dont buy campers here! read more

Sales department did a great job selling me the unit but I had my shares of hiccups with warranties and experienced worst experience with service department. I will never take it back there. They don't know what they are doing. read more

Purchased a PW 2021 Ontour 2.2 from Ryan Jackson at O'Connor RV in October. Very happy with purchase and despite a few hiccups in the delivery everything has been sorted out to my satisfaction. Also have had a good experience with the parts department individual Kyle and the service team, with Miranda helping us sort out our few concerns. Looking forward to some further trips this season with our new RV. I believe O'Connor RV to be a thoughtful and honest RV dealorship and will continue to have them service our vehicle and consider purchasing from them again. Thanks so much. read more

We've dealt here for years, now with that think at the front repair desk, you can bet word of mouth will work to let others know, we had several questions, they repaired a seal in window, BUT never done anything else , when asking about problems she talked down to us as if we'd never had a RV before. we are old enough to be her mother and more, her attitude can kill that business. If she can't reply with respect why is she in public service. It's time to replace our 43' 5th wheel but not there. Maybe she's working for low wages to save company money, NOW THAT"S a shame. hire someone that can converse with customers correctly. We paid $763. for nothing. I used to have Oconnor service my trailer. I found a soft spot on my trailer and had an rv repair company look at it I need half my floor replaced due to the incompetence of Occonnor and their service tech's. Oconnor did not caulk the trailer properly the should have removed the old caulk before resealing. They just caulked on top of old caulking which lead to water leaking in which they did not find. Now thanx to OconnorRv I have a big repair on my trailer. Do not buy or service your rv at Occonnor rv!!! read more

Was instructed I go to the Manufactures' website, leaving no way of confirming options on the unit in comparison. I have owned a trailer that I bought from OConnor RV for 5 years. The service has always been terrible, repairs are botched and poorly done. They recently sold my RV (I had it on consignment with them). It has been 10 days since the RV was sold I am still chasing my money! Being charged a hefty price for poor workmanship is one thing, but having my money held hostage is next level! read more

I rate 1 star here only because I don't have an option to rate "no stars". I purchased a Roadtrek RV from this business last fall for $155K. When I took delivery of this RV, and drove away from the dealership, I had barely enough fuel in the fuel tank to make it to the nearest service station - less then 1Km away. Upon getting my "new" (used, but only 8K on the odometer and approx 6 months on the road) home, and while preparing to leave for a cross country trip the next morning, I noted some technical issues with the RV that were linked to some issues that were ID'd during the delivery inspection and were supposed to have been addressed by the dealership before delivery - but hadn't been. After being unable to trouble shoot the issues myself using the manuals and Roadtrek website, I called the dealership's service department for support; however, no one there seemed to have a clue about the RV or how it worked and, since the issues were only "inconvenient", not critical to the pending trip, I left as planned having been told by the dealership that they would sort things out when I got back when they were to address some known issues. When I returned from my trip, I was finally able to book a service appointment - a month away - for what I was told should take 3-4 days to address the large number of technical issues I had ID'd prior to and during my trip... ...2 months later, after multiple set backs and delays, I was finally told my RV was ready. Most of the technical issues were not actually addressed and those that were, and were not covered by the several warranties (including one provided by the dealership directly) that came with my RV, were done so at ridiculous costs; examples including a $70 charge to push the reset button on a GFI plug and another $40 charge to power up a DVD player (one of the technical issues ID'd prior to leaving for the trip) and was plugged into the same circuit controlled by the same GFI plug - as well as other issues. While I truly believe the actual staff seem somewhat interested in providing good service and support; the management at this business is atrocious, seems only motivated by making $ and has no regard for customer service, support or product knowledge - and here also the overall staff fail horribly as no one there seems to have a clue about the RV I purchased. This lack of knowledge was demonstrated across the dealership (sales, service and parts) with staff selling me items that were not, in any way at all, compatible with my RV I'd purchased, as well as trying to sell my service and support options I'd already paid for and were supposed to have been installed after my trip. While the RV I purchased seems like an excellent unit, albeit it very complicated, this dealership (and management in particular) is horribly lacking and has, ultimately, resulted in my becoming so frustrated with this whole process that I have given up RV'ing and am selling my RV. The word "disappointing" doesn't even begin to describe my dealings with O'Connor RV - which is the worst experience I've had in over 30 years of buying and owning vehicles and 40 years of experince (in the military) operating an extremely wide range of vehicles. If you're looking for an RV dealership, I'd strongly suggest you look at a different dealership then O'Connor - while others may be no better, I can't imagine one that is worse... ...I hope this review provides you with the knowledge I wish I had before I dealt with this dealership! Our newly purchased unit from out of province had a few issues; the manufacturer fixed most but on return the awning still leaked as did water in to our underbelly. With the support of the manufacturer and a great deal of extra effort on the part of the service department, it seems the issues may now be resolved. The leaks were difficult to find but the service team persisted and made ever effort to minimize the inconvenience of repeat returns. The service team really listened and were very pleasant both by email and in person. Thank you to all. read more

What a bush league outfit! It took them 2 1/2 months to get my awning in, along with a panel that got wrecked, & the panel was a different color! It took them over a month to get the glass guy in to look at the broken window, & another 3 weeks for buddy to install it. The installer used the original gasket (which you NEVER do unless the profile is obsolete) & smeared silicone all around the gasket 1/4" wide! Stay away, unless the person you're referring to them ISN'T a friend! read more
