They feature solar private showers, composting toilets, and a garden you can get your daily veggies from for dinner! They have a cute little tea trailer on site that will offer morning breakfast sandwiches, tea, and coffee for a nominal fee (50p-1 pound) and all are delicious and served with love! The campsites are in a large grassy pasture, you never are camping RIGHT next to someone, and have all have a view of the countryside. There is also a canvas Bell Tent for let if you want to Glam-Camp while you are there. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, ask them or any of the volunteers and you can get hints and ideas about what to do while on holiday in Bude. They offer a tour of the farm and hands-on demos for kids every evening! The camp is walking distance to town and the sea shore! We would definitely stay here again when in Cornwall!

The room we stayed in was very clean, stlylish, with all modern coms, whilst being big and airy, just what you want on those hot sunny days. There was lots to do locally (10 minute walk) easy to get to places and in the evening the 20minutes walk to main nightlife and taxi back was great. The quest house is set back from the road, in a quiet area, so it was quiet and in the morning, the owners could not do enough for us, and breakfast was great, hot and lots of it. We iintend going back there again, value for money, friendly owners who put themselves out for you, and the place just ouzes character and you feel at home

a small but well equipped camping / outdoors shop. has…read moreeverything you would expect to see including hiking boots, waterproof coats, torches, camping stoves, sleeping bags etc. it is only a small shop so dont hold vast amounts of stock, however most things are available within just a couple of days of ordering. there is a fitting room for you to try on any of the clothing. price wise it is reasonable. most things would probably be cheaper if you went to a learger town, but then once you add the fuel costs and parking costs etc you arent really saving anything.

Also advertised as three miles from the nearest shop- again, none to be found. BUT, the cottage is gorgeous, hidden in a picture postcard garden off the beaten track with it's own private patio, complete with sun loungers and a barbecue. Inside the cottage is everything you need- cooker, microwave, tv, vacuum cleaner, and wifi. Towels and linen are included as are toilet rolls, washing up liquid. The owners live next door, so in the unlikely event you need anything, they are very accommodating. Overall, great cottage but the location needs to be advertised better. It's a great base to explore North Cornwall, but be prepared to drive!

Totally modern and fully equipped with top of the range furniture and fittings. (60 Plasma TV, FreeSat, Sony Playstation 3, Blu Ray, etc.). It sleeps 4 with two en-suite bedrooms. The Lodge is set within a forested area just off the A377 and has fabulous south facing views over the Devon countryside. The only reason it has not got 5 stars is the private access road is bumpy and there is still some building work being carried out on the northern edge of the estate (however this cannot be seen or heard from number 29). A fussy but fair grading. 29 Willow Lodge is only a 20 minute drive to the best of North Devon's beaches.
