However, I want to update my review because of the outstanding effort by Briand, the Appliance Specialist at my local Lowe's. He called me personally, took the time to research what had actually happened, and explained that the original salesperson had accidentally ordered a special-order handleless model instead of the standard in-stock version -- same specs, same price, different configuration. Briand offered to switch my order to the correct in-stock unit at no extra cost, and I am now scheduled to receive my refrigerator the very next day. The initial experience was genuinely poor and stressful, especially since my current refrigerator is on its last legs. But Briand turned it around with professionalism, clarity, and genuine care for the customer. Lowe's is lucky to have him. I'm raising my rating because of him. -- False Information & Poor Communication I purchased a 31.7 cu. ft. LG Refrigerator on 3/26/2026 with a confirmed delivery date of 3/31/2026. The morning of delivery, I received a text rescheduling it to 4/21/2026 -- nearly a month later, with no explanation. I called the 800 number and was told the item was out of stock at both the store and warehouse and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. Something didn't add up, so I checked Lowe's website and simulated a purchase of the same refrigerator -- it showed availability by April 2, 2026. I then sent my son to the same store, and an employee confirmed 23 units were available at the warehouse, with pickup possible the very next day. I called back and reported what I had found. They said they would notify store management, who had 24 hours to respond. Not satisfied, I called the store directly. After a long wait, an employee admitted that yes, the units were at the warehouse and that 4/21 was only a temporary placeholder date while they waited to receive it at the store level. I was also told that if needed I could cancel my order -- but that is not an option, as my current refrigerator is barely functioning. I am still waiting for a confirmed earlier delivery date. The bottom line: I was given false information, had to do my own investigation to uncover the truth, and am still left without a resolution. This is unacceptable for a major appliance purchase. Customers deserve honesty and better communication.

Ben, Tony, Casper, and others are able to answer any question, on the phone and in person. The Benjamin Moore paints are great quality. In each room, we painted the ceiling, walls, and trim + baseboards. We didn't think the original ceilings were dark nor "dingy," but after seeing the new Benjamin Moore paint, we realized that they were dark and dingy... the Benjamin Moore ceiling paint is nice and bright and makes the room look SO MUCH BETTER! We also painted the walls and baseboards and trim. The baseboard and trim paint is amazing... it's "self-smoothing," which means that while you may see some light brush strokes on the surface shortly after you apply the paint, once you wake in the morning, the surfaces will be so nice and smooth, AND BRIGHT! ...just like the ceilings. When all surfaces are newly painted, you'll feel like you have a whole new house. Flanagan's has all the paint and painting supplies you need. Beyond paint, we also purchased... - an extension pole, which worked incredibly well... I didn't think it would save time compared to standing on the ladder, but I was MUCH quicker with the pole - so nice! - uncounted rollers - new roller so we could roll simultaneously - that little yellow thing to put on the top of the can so you don' have so much wasted paint when you pour from the can into the roller pan - inexpensive and worth every penny and then some - Krud Cutter - AMAZING for removing paint from the hard wood floors and for getting any grit and grime off any surfaces - stove, cabinets, countertops, and also the blinds THANK YOU, Flanagan's, for helping us make our house look so wonderfully nice! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Dec., 2020 Review - - - Our daughter's wanted to paint her bedroom for a while and we were able to make the time to finally paint a couple weekends ago.
