They said nobody knew how to use the machine, they are often quite snarky. I heard a man ask about when popcorn machine was going to be fixed after being told it was broken. I went in trying to find CO2 cartilages for a plunger that my house had in the closet. While workers found my picture interesting... they didn't have any. I continued and ended up grabbing free seasoning, seeds and a free tote bag. Lunch and to some freebies made the visit worthwhile. The staff answered my questions, yet did not pressure me. I didn't want a bunch of random lights in the first place and it's not my responsibility to go out of my way to fix your mistakes . I left the lights on the front porch to be picked up. they did warranty work again last month and have called a couple times threatening to sue me for non payment but won't answer the phone or send an invoice just leave a message and evidently out of all of the employees at the company the only one that can process the payment is the one who won't answer when I call. HVAC! SOMEBODY STOP ME! Well, lighting fixtures are right up there with things that are exciting as hell when you're designing a home. Metro Lighting came through for us, specifically Joni. I was after two things: a dining room light fixture, and a kitchen light fixture. After browsing the showroom, I found a light for the dining room that I absolutely loved, and thought would go perfect in our space. You can imagine how crushed I was when I learned it was on backorder for a long time. Joni told me she'd check with the purchasing team to see if I could have the display, and to call back the next day. I did call the next day with all of the hope in the world, but unfortunately she was given a big fat "no". I asked about another lighting fixture for the kitchen, and started to make peace with the fact that I couldn't have that amazing light for the dining room. (See the photo! It really is that good.) I got a call back a few hours later with the status of the second light fixture, as well as the BEST NEWS EVER that I was able to buy that display light! I cannot explain how much I appreciated her hard work and convincing, and can't wait to hang both lights in our newly purchased home. This truly was customer service at its best. We will absolutely be back whenever we need something else, and I look forward to another great experience.

The absolute worse experience I have ever had trying to return extra merchandise. I paid cash for…read moremy product, under the contractors name. If you return any merchandise worth over $10 they can't give you cash. They have to mail you a check. I was annoyed but accepted their ridiculous policy. After 10 days I called and asked about my check. A temp manager said he would check and call me right back. One week later, I called again asking about the check. An assistant manager informed me that the checks get mailed out to the contractor who's account it was purchased under and not the person who actually paid for it. He told me I would have to call them and ask for my money. Have you ever tried to get money from a contractor? Me either. They aren't in the business of giving money back, they're in the business of getting paid money. For their poor return policy I will never buy here again. I can find the exact same products online at a cheaper price. I went here only because I wanted to support a local business which costed me extra in the end. With politicies like no cash return in place I don't see how they expect to keep people happy. Most work i do on my house is cash.
