I have been a patient of Jiulie Medlin for at least a decade. I've been going to their location on the South Outer 364 ever since it was built. Julie is a gift sent from heaven. I adore her. She's simply an amazing person & the best Nurse Practitioner ever in my lifetime! Julie knows my skin conditions, medical history, & has been successful with treating my super hypersensitive skin. Lately, we've been using Light Therapy as my last resort to treat my 2 1/2 years of non-stop itching and inflammation. A lady who works with the billing department has been harassing me and obsessing over my billing account. My billing statements have always always been paid on time. My husband and I have perfect credit scores and we certainly don't look like indigent patients! As of 08/09/2024, I am no longer able to go see my angel sent from heaven any more. The obsessive harassing billing lady has harassed me for the very last time!!! She will no longer have to obsess over my monthly statements or in her opinion pay my balance on a weekly basis of which I never agreed to pay on a weekly basis because it needs to go through the proper insurance channels & billing channels before it needs to be paid. Due to her obsessiveness & harassment over my billing account my gift from heaven is no longer available to me. This makes me extremely sad! Now I get to go find a new dermatologist office. Gee thanks harassing and obsessive billing lady for making it impossible for me to continue my Light Therapy treatments with my Nurse Practitioner, Julie Medlin!
UPDATE:
Dr Spray left me a voicemail firing me as a patient! She's sending me a certified letter to fire me from O'Fallon Dermatology because apparently the obsessive harassing bling lady was only following directions of the owner, Dr Spray. I never signed a contract or verbally agreed to pay on a weekly basis. Normal billing procedures are to send the claim to the insurance company, the insurance company processes the claim, the insurance company tally's up the patient's total amount spent during a the current calendar year on the patient's medical bills,& the doctor's offices receive the payment from the insurance company(s). There's always a possibility that the patient will meet the maximum out of pocket criteria. I am a patient who is about to meet that criteria. I had an extremely severe allergic reaction to the Dupixent Injections I had been prescribed by Julie Medlin for a non stop itch. I have nerve damage all throughout my body ever since the severe allergic reaction and has been that way for 8 months! Julie's absolutely the best Nurse Practitioner & an Angel. I see too many doctors to be pay each one on a weekly basis without being processed through the insurance companies first!! Once the patient reaches the maximum out of pocket, there's $0 dollars to pay out of pocket from then on out for the remainder of the year. The obsessive harassing billing lady & I had an agreement this past Tuesday, 08/06/2024 that my hubby would physically drop off the monthly statement checks after we've received the monthly statement. We've always used our bank to issue and mail our monthly payments. We don't pay for checks or mailing stamps whenever it's issued from our bank. We had to spend $30 to buy physical checks so my hubby would be able to drop off the monthly payments to O'Fallon Dermatology medical office in order to accommodate the obsessive harassing billing lady. Hubby does all of our billing now that I'm hardly able to take care of myself much less our monthly bills. The monthly statements have been a little over $200 per each monthly billing statements that have already been processed through my insurance companies. This last check issued from our bank either got lost in the mail or O'Fallon Dermatology lost the check. Hubby physically went to the bank for information on the July 8th monthly statement payment' and it's where about. There's absolutely no history of late payments ever! read more
