It was my first time getting a lash lift. I've gotten a tint before (they didn't offer lifts where I went) so I had an idea of how this appointment would go. I did have an early appointment and since having never been here before I arrived early so I wouldn't be late. They did open their doors a little early before they actually opened. I didn't want to be that customer/client who tries to get in early so I just waited lol The woman at the front desk was super nice and helped me check in and let me know that Katie would just be a moment while she prepped her station for me. I had been up since 5am and really didn't want to fall asleep because I wanted to know what the process was and what was being done. Small chit chat didn't keep my attention so I did almost fall asleep. The service was fine? I guess? My lashes on the left eye like didn't take? Not sure if it was because of how it was done or the product that was used? The right eye seemed to work fine. I thought maybe I just needed to put on mascara to really see the difference. I followed after care instructions to a tee! Didn't touch, didn't put on make up for over 24 hours, didn't have them touch water, didn't sleep on my face... The next day my left lashes were pretty much flat compared to my right eye. Ugh. I did get a follow up call to see how my lashes were doing but I was at my bridal shower so there was no way I was gonna stop partying to take that call. I did follow up with them that Monday about how they turned out. They said I could come in so they could fix it for me. I thought, oh wow awesome! They asked for a time that would be best. I said it would be cutting it close for 3:45pm since I get off work at 3:30pm but they said they'd still take me if I got there no later than 3:48pm or something. So they put me on the book for a lash lift fix and I get the email to confirm. So that day I was scheduled, I HAUL ASS because I know time is money, only to be told that they wouldn't be able to do anything. What. Why have me drive out there to tell me that? This could've been a phone call. I get they need to see the lashes but... this could've been communicated to me beforehand. I felt like it was such a waste of my time and money. And then I was told I could come back in the recommended 4 weeks, but I'd still have to pay the same amount... lol why would I pay for a service that didn't work the first time? They offered to comp $20 but that was after I asked. It's just shocking they don't stand by their product. I have gotten my hair done at multiple places (I've moved around a lot), nails done at multiple locations and they offer to fix that service and comp it (if there's anything wrong, which is rare but at least it's offered) And those services are much more expensive than a $70 lash lift. It was really shocking. Take what you will from this review, but I will not be coming back. read more

This was my first time getting waxed ever. I got a full leg wax with Tori. She was so nice and made me feel really comfortable. She answered all my questions regarding the waxing process very well and patiently. She was also really amazing to just chat with which made me feel even more at ease and I enjoyed my time talking to her during the wax instead of just checking "get legs waxed" off my to do list. Everything was super clean and they are taking appropriate COVID precautions so I felt very safe and sanitary. Had my eye lashes lifted and tinted as well as my legs waxed. We were headed on a family vacation and I didn't want to fuss with makeup or shaving. My lashes looked awesome, loved the service. I was also going to get my eyebrows tinted but the staff let me know because my brows are so dark it wouldn't do a lot. I thought an eyebrow tint would make it look like I had filled in my eyebrows (which I normally do)- seriously appreciate the honesty and not being sold something I didn't need. read more

I've been getting my lashes done for the last two and a half years at this salon and refuse to go elsewhere. While I've had great experiences with the whole staff, Lynsey is my girl. She's done everything from lash lift and tints to full set volume lashes and I've always left feeling beautiful. This is a very nice salon that provides a variety of services. I went here from a referral to get my lashes done prior to vacation on a Wednesday. By Saturday, my lashes looked like I had worn them for 2 weeks! By Monday, no more lashes. So you can understand how unhappy I was that I spent ALOT of money to get these lashes. I participated in a promo that made my next services free, which was great, but even the second time i went back to have them redone with another adhesive, they didn't even last a week. They stayed on at first but just kept falling off. Mind you these were falling off alone, not with my lashes attached. I sort of felt like the situation was rectified, but not in a way. This service was free, but was it free because I had a free service or that they were fixing service that I paid a lot of money for. I won't be going back because the lashes for me do not stay on (no idea why), but this is not my first time with lash extensions and I have never had any problems. read more

I went for a lower leg wax and Demi classic lash set. Wax was good, no issues. Lashes lasted about 5 days. I got them for my wedding that was in Florida. Sadly they didn't last until the wedding day, and I bought false lashes and did them my self. I followed all the instructions given, so I don't know why they came out so quickly. When I checked out they also charged me for a full leg wax and full volume lash set. I checked the receipt and it was corrected, but make sure you are being charged right. There was no communication between the girl doing my wax and lashes and the girl checking me out. I think that was the problem. I was offered a new set when they asked for feedback and I let them know what happened; however, the lashes are something I don't normally do. I just wanted them for my wedding. I think a refund would have been more appropriate. Salon was clean and staff was friendly. Overall, I don't think I would go back. read more

I received a full set of voluminous lashes today by Angela and she was awesome! She took a long time addressing all my concerns and was knowledgeable about the product. She genuinely cared about my likes and dislikes regarding the look I was interested in. I've read that this process can take up to three hours but she only took an hour and a half approximately. I did not want to go the full blown false eyelashes for my daughters wedding, I wanted more natural and I didn't want to pay $75 for 5 hours of lashes. Destiny gave me the volume lashes and they are the bomb and I've been back twice and will continue to go. I can't imagine my eyes without them. This is an amazing place. It's small and everyone is friendly and professional. Angela obviously knows how to take care of customers and trains staff well. I've had my lashes done here for over a year by Kelly, Dee and Marina. All are great! I've had facials here by Dee and Diane who are amazing. They listen and really know their stuff. Angela tinted my eyelashes and eyebrows before I went on a cruise last month and they looked fabulous.
