Maintain well-balanced daily nutrition d. Incorporate Vitamin C serum into your skincare routine e. Stress Management: Incorporate daily meditation and deep breathing exercises to support overall detoxification. This journey reinforced that sustainable skin health comes from gentle, consistent self home effort and internal wellness -- NOT from the treatments I received at this facility at all.
