The workout classes vary between 45 minute isometric and 15 minute high intensity workouts. Jenn signed me up, with a one-time enrollment fee for the first month. Then the following monthly fee is $60. The facilities are clean with 9 saunas, each with adjustable temperatures. A dedicated workout zone, more typical to standard gym with a few fitness machines and equipment. Also, a shower stall inside. I highly recommend trying this place out, your first class is FREE!

That being said this location is clean and bright and well equipped with cardio and machines, but with a very limited free weight selection.
