Frankly, it's had its ups and downs through the years but has always been at minimum acceptable for a fill or a basic pedicure. Not any more. Since the latest shift in staff / ownership / management - not sure how it all works here - anyway, wow. The woman "running" the place has such a foul attitude that it made me a little uncomfortable to have her doing my nails. I halfway thought she might purposely jab me with a file. She seemed downright angry and profoundly rude. The fill was poorly done as well, but since I didn't know of another place nearby to do the job, I gave it another try. Even more unpleasant than before. Fast forward about 8 months. I can't get in with my regular person so I think - what the heck. Maybe they've had another personnel change, or that woman has become enlightened. I arrived 8 minutes late. The place is dreary and dim. No one in sight. Then ... she appears.
