If you are looking for a dependable limo service for your next event - DO NOT use Ohare Limo. I reserved s Party Bus for an event this past Saturday with a pick up time of 7pm. Strike 1 - Driver arrived for a 630 pick up. Our vehicle was a Hummer SUV, not the party bus I reserved - Strike 2. We get into the cramped hummer that I didn't request and sure enough the free beer, Pop, water and ice that was promised was not in the limo. The driver forgot and didn't have time because he thought it was a 630 pick up - Strike 3 you should be OUT of business. I called Carla and the excuses were flowing and apparently a reservation, email confirmation and customer service are irrelevant to this company. I was told the vehicle is subject to change prior to pickup (nowhere is that mentioned in my confirmation email nor in the two earlier discussions I had with Carla), she blames the early arrival on the driver and said "I'll call the manager" in regards to the missing refreshments and of course I never heard back from her. There was no attempt to rectify the situation or even offer me some type of discount/reimbursement. They made a special night start off on a very negative note and I will be sure to tell everyone I know, including the Yelposhere what a horrible company this is. Absolute nightmare. First, the trip from home to O'Hare....driver a few minutes late, so I called the main number to make sure someone was en route. When dispatch called the driver, that apparently distracted the driver so much that they made a wrong turn off of the toll road and went at least two miles in the wrong direction before realizing their mistake. In any case, at least 20 minutes past pickup time for the first trip. Now the trip from O'Hare to home....First, we're picked up in a truck that was boiling hot with no functioning A/C. Not until my husband looked at the engine panel and said something did the driver realize that the truck was overheating. Thankfully, this occurred near the O'Hare Oasis and we were able to pull over and wait inside there. The driver calls for a backup car and ~20 minutes later, a new car arrives. We depart, then the driver notices that the car is almost out of gas! We then have to exit the tollway to get gas. This car is not much of an improvement, as we still rode home in a boiling hot black sedan with poorly functioning A/C on a terribly hot, 95 degree day. This is not what you want to be welcomed home to after 13 hours of travel. I have no idea how this place stays in business. read more

I have been using O'Hare limo for the past year. I book car service for my Executive travelers on almost a weekly basis. I had a really bad experience with another provider I had been using and was referred to O'Hare limo by our CEO's admin. They are extremely reliable, professional and trust worthy. There have been instances where I have accidentally booked 2 cars for my executive and they so customer focused that they actually caught the error and followed up with me to see if I actually intended to book 2 cars. Ordered service to pick us up for an event. Driver showed up two hours late and still charged us for the service. On top of that, he forged my husband's signature. I attempted to resolve issue with this company and they argued that their drivers would never do something like that. How would they get his signature if we never met the driver? I had to argue for an hour and then gave up. I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company and they still fought. Just an AWFUL business all around. My credit card company luckily refunded my $200, as this company took no accountability. read more

Rented 14 passenger part bus on 7/19 was to be there at 4:30 not there until 4:50 air conditioning did not work, exit door did not work, wires exposed, unsafe to drive in. Rented as charter was dropped of picked up in drivers car then on pick up to go home I was told driver would be there waiting had to wait for 40 minutes for driver to show up and door and air were still not working,Called when bus picked me up and spoke to Carla at the dispatch and she stated manager was out but would call me back by 8:30 she also stated she would talk to the driver about the air and the other issues. Left several messages for manager and owner called several days later to follow up and dispatcher and assistant manager keep hanging up on me. I'm being told there is nothing they can do. Made me pay cash upfront, stated that this was because of last minute booking. Will not give me any additional information and will not let me speak to manager and owner. Refuse to take calls they are telling me everyone is out of office. Customer service is horrible and they refuse to answer any questions. DO NOT USE THEM VERY RUDE!!!!!! read more

DO NOT USE THEY ARE VERY UNRELIABLE!!! On June 26 was my sisters wedding and the limo driver was very rude! The glasses were dirty, he was talking on the phone the entire time, and was not paying attention to the rode as he missed turns and didn't know how to get to the places we were going. The limo driver was ruining my sister's day and made her cry. He left 2 hours early and he was not suppose to leave knowing we were going back out for pictures. My brother in law left his phone in the cup holder and I left my purse knowing we were going back out for pictures. We went out and the limo was gone. When just the bride and bridesmaids went for pictures the limo driver disappeared and we could not find him. He left us standing out in the rain and 2 of the bridesmaids looked in the 2 buildings for him. 15 mins later he walked out and was like well I had to use the bathroom. Wouldn't you have done that right when we left to start getting our pictures? And now the company is refusing to refund the money to my sister and brother in law. This is a horrible company, and there customer service is even worse! I would not recommend this company to anyone. All they are is money hungry and will Rob you of your money! read more

We arranged for a round trip limo service from airport to downtown with a car seat for our 2 year old toddler Our inbound limo arrangement went well with no problems Our outbound from chicago to the airport was disastrous The driver didnt show up on time (1 PM). We called the dispatch number, and he talked to the driver. He called back in 10 minutes saying he would be there in another 5 minutes. He sent another text 10 minutes later that he is on his way. He arrived at 1 30 PM. The car seat straps could not be hooked under the back seat to attach the carseat. The driver didnt know what to do, and kept saying there is nothing wrong with it. It took another 15 mintues tyring to figure out whats wrong, without success. As I was calling the dispatcher back, the driver started getting angry saying to my wife "your husband is complaining, and will get me fired". The dispatcher mentioned that it may take up to an hour to get another car in. The hotel concierge started looking for other options, while the driver started harrasing us and the hotel employee. He asked my wife to leave the car, stating your husband is crazy, and I wont be driving you. We did take our luggage out of the trunk. In the meantime, he sent two text messages to my cell asking why we left the car, and that we need to get back as we will miss the flight. I have already by then talked to the dispatcher about all of this stating we are not going with this driver, and asked to file a complaint. We ended up taking a regular taxi with no car seat and arrived to the airport less than an hour before our international flight. Luckily, the airline agent was very understanding of what happended and still allowed us to catch our flight We have not heard back from the company more than two weeks later after filing this complaint I would not recommend this company to anyone read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! We booked transporation for 7 people through Ohare Limousine hoping to get from Milwaukee to OHare to catch a flight to Costa Rica. We confirmed pick-up two days prior and got a confirmation the day before from them as well. When it came time for our pick up at 3:30am there was no limo. We waited until 4am with no call and no limo to bring us. There was no emergency line or numbers of anyone we could call. We were stranded!! Upon arriving home from our vacation that we almost missed we have been trying numerous times per day to talk with management and no one will take our call or speak with us. There website boasts a proven history of customer satisfaction...I beg to differ. I would not reccomend this service unless you expect to be disappointed or unless you have good friends that will come get you at 4am and drive you to your destination. This made me pick one star...If I had my choice I wouldn't have even done that! read more

The absolute worst limo service out there. I set up a reservation a month prior for having a large group picked up and dropped off for a night at Ravinia. Gave my credit card, booked a 20 passenger Hummer and was all set. Flash forward to the pick up day, I get a call 2 hours before pick up stating I need to pay the total in cash that they do not accept credit cards on weekends. No prior warning or anything. So I'm trapped as they would not pick my group up without cash payment. So now I had to scramble going to the bank to withdraw $600 (Cash payment on weekends means they do not have enough money to pay their drivers). Then the pick up was scheduled at 4pm. Driver shows up at 5pm in a van that looks like one of those airport shuttle buses that takes you to the car rental facilities. It was awful. We were late getting to Ravinia and had to sit way in the back. They said this "Avis Rent-A-Car Shuttle" would be better for Ravinia without consulting with me. I ordered a stretch Hummer, not a rusty, dirty Avis Shuttle Bus. No apologies. Absolute junk outfit. Stay away from O'Hare Limo! Then to top it off they call us a month later after we post our reviews and end up calling my wife names, hanging up, and ultimately being very unprofessional. I was doing all the running around to appease these clowns, paid in CASH, was late to our concert and they have the gall to call us and insult my wife? Just proves all our reviews right.
