Also I carry a 100/300/50 insurance coverage through St Farm. What you sell at your counter is not insurance. You can't sell insurance. You need to be a certified insurance agent. And nobody in your office is. You sell optional coverage. Illinois law states you cannot refuse a rental because they can't prove they have insurance. Car rental companies must provide a 50/100/50 secondary liability coverage. You have a program through Ford and Mercedes. Every vehicle owner in the world has that. If I breakdown in your vehicle in another state, you will tell me tow it to the dealer. While we are waiting for parts, I have no vehicle. My $7,000.00 vacation ruined. Now with Major car rental companies in all states, they would get me another vehicle. Wow! Recliners! 60 inch TV! Refreshments! The good: The driver operated the vehicle relatively safely from what I could observe from the back, and we did arrive at our destination without incident. The bad: I sat in the front of the limo (closest to the driver, facing backward). During the ride, I didn't feel any wetness on the floor, but when I got out at the wedding destination, the bottom of my dress was soaking wet with a brown/green liquid. I immediately asked the driver to look into the issue. I pointed out the floor vent under my seat and politely asked him to check what the liquid might be so I could quickly research how to remove the stain before the wedding started in two hours. He said "okay," so I waited on the side of the parking lot for him to turn the limo around and investigate. Instead, he simply drove away. The photos I've attached show him leaving without any apology, assistance, or even an attempt to see what caused the issue. I was polite and calm the entire time, even joking, "Hey, if you can just help me figure out what it is so I can save the day and get the stain out before the wedding, that would be awesome!" I made it clear that I understood accidents happen and that maybe he didn't know there was liquid there--but still, no effort was made to help. There may have been a language barrier, and I'm very compassionate about that. I actually teach English Language Learners, so I know communication is always possible if both sides are willing--but in this case, the driver chose not to help at all. Honestly, he's lucky the bride didn't sit where I did, because if her wedding dress had been ruined, it would've been a much bigger issue. Other notes: The partition was either broken or the driver simply refused to raise it. The advertised sound system was just a small boom box you could plug a phone into, and it only played music in one area of the limo. It felt pretty cheap and not what you'd expect from a professional limo service. Take a look at the limo itself in the photos, looks like it has been side swiped recently. This didn't happen when I was in the vehicle but it certainly says something about this company and the quality of Limo you'll be getting if you choose their abysmal service. Overall, this experience left a really bad impression. A simple apology or a few minutes of help would've made a huge difference, but instead, I left with a ruined dress and zero accountability from the driver or company.

To be honest it was still a little expensive considering they were driving from Wilmette to Northfield to Glencoe, but less than the other: $840 for a 3 hour minimum for a party bus of 28. We also didn't need it for the entire 3 hours, but the options I found were either one way or 3-4 hour minimums so this was the best deal. I found their communication to be stellar both via email and text. The bus driver was on time and the kids had no trouble locating the party bus when they came out of the dance and I've heard it was one of many party busses. A few of my daughter's friends hopped on for the way home and commented that this bus was way nicer than the one they took to the dance from another company. Overall, it was a success. The parents could have easily driven these kids ourselves, but the party bus elevated the experience and the kids all seemed to enjoy the VIP treatment.
