Took our 2013 Hyundai Elantra to a well known local auto shop for an alignment. Our car was pulling left after putting on a new set of tires. They said they aligned it and charged us $103.00. Left the shop and notice it was still pulling left. Took it back and the service tech said it was aligned to spec. He went on to say that the car had been wreck and maybe caused other damage. I flat out told him, I have had this car since it was new off the show room floor and it had never been wrecked. So they alleged that they align it again. Took it home and it still pulled to the left. Took it back again and he said they will adjust it so it runs straight but it will cause unnecessary tire wear. Long story short (I know too late) it still pulled to the left. Did some in-depth research and found that Sam's Alignment & Brakes is the best in northeast Oklahoma. Took it to Sam's and he had it fully aligned in 50 minutes. Need I say more? He was so personal and down to earth to visit with while he explained everything he was doing as he was working on my car. Absolutely the best find I have ever made when it comes to auto repair. Best decision you can make, look no further.

Firestone wanted to charge me $60 and refused to use my bulb (apparently it's against their policy). I went to Encinas and they were able to tell me when they could work on my car. Since it was the same day, I asked them to rotate my tires as well. I sat in their waiting area working on my laptop and they were done in under 30 minutes. I realized I hadn't asked how much they'd charge me and at the end, they refused to charge me anything! This kind of customer service is so unheard of nowadays. They've definitely gained a customer. Anyway, I usually go to a neighboring oil change express in Sand Springs but they were closed Monday so I decided to give these guys a try. I was given a cost considerably higher than what I was used to for an equal quality service and I mentioned this to one of the techs on duty. I decided it was too expensive and drove off to find another only to not even make it out of the parking lot and I decided to just bite the bullet and save the time. When I went back the same tech told me in a very rude way it would be the price he had mentioned and I said that's fine I just need it done. I didn't argue about the price or ask for a discount. I did find a coupon and asked the owner inside if he would honor it and he gladly did so and had a great attitude about it. My issue is with the two techs who performed the work. When it was time to pay I asked if they checked the air filter. He said "No, since you complained about the cost we didn't do any pulls," which the other tech told me he meant he didn't do the actual service that I agreed to pay for. I also asked if they topped off the other fluids and he said no. I asked the other tech if it was part of the normal service and he said yes, those should have been checked as well. He told me to pull back up and he would top off the wiper fluid. I thanked him for doing that and he just walked away. I again said thank you and he continued ti ignore me. Terrible attitude! He didn't even offer to complete the service by checking the air filter or any other items that he had already told me were part of the usual service for which I had already paid. I really hate that the first visit went this way but it's no way to build a relationship with customers. Guess I'll be waiting until my usual place is open on Tuesdays west of town.

Since this was a Saturday many car care places were closed, I happened to find Sinclair after a quick search of finding someone who was open on a Saturday afternoon. Sinclair was quick with their service, but also took time to answer questions and explain what the problem was with my vehicle. When I followed up with additional questions they clearly explained things in a way I could understand. They also took the time to show my husband and I what was the source of the issue. We also happened to share that we had a nail in the tire that we noticed when it was loaded up on the tow truck prior to our arrival, mentioning that we would need to go get the tire taken care of after we left Sinclair. They then went above and beyond to taking care of the screw that was in the tire. A day later they called to see if I made it back home safely. Thankful for the care they showed even after we left! We are beyond thankful for the customer service, attention to detail, communication and reliability! We plan to be back!

When I went to pick it up, it wouldn't start and they tried to charge me for repairs. After enough complaining, they got it running without charging me. My turn signals and wipers aren't working. I went to replace the multifunction switch to find they had broken the carrier and zip tied it in place. Garbage company. The shop manager at the time tried to tell me they just replaced the bulb, when they actually put a new multifunction in and replaced a shorted wire
