This shop is very fair and honest! When I lived in Tulsa, and owned a VW, they were always very helpful and direct with me. They gave tips that saved me lots of money and even helped answer questions about car services when I moved out of state (who else does that??). It is very rare you find people who are honest and up front when it comes to the repair of automobiles. I am a real customer, who wasn't offered anything to review Migeli's, but I wholeheartedly recommend them!! If you live in Tulsa and have a car they work on, I implore you to trust the fine men and women here ! I went in last year to get an estimate on my dim headlight, ABS system warning light, and other electrical for my Volkswagen Jetta. I had to wait 15 minutes after they opened to finally have someone unlock the door. They had my car from 8:15-4. They gave me an estimate over $7,000 to replace all of the faulty parts because they said that they are not fixable. - Cut to tonight, my brother looked at my headlight and tightened the bulb/plugs/panel and what-not. And wouldn't you know it, it turns on. Not even 5 minutes of his time to fix it. No tools. Not nothing. - Extremely poor service. And seeks opportunities to take advantage of unknowing customers. Would not recommend. Booooooooo!! Genuinely so pissed. Frankly ridiculous y'all. read more

No help whatsoever refused to even loan me a socket wrench so I could change the tire myself don't know about you, but I would help out anybody In need especially if I was in that line of work I can tell you this I would never use them in the future just because of that. This is the only place I will bring the wife's Passat. The mechanic is a down to earth true professional. He listens to what the problems are and keeps in constant communication with you while working of the car. Since I drive from an hour away they always get me in and out as fast as possible and the car runs better than when it went in. Do NOT be AFRAID to take your German auto here for any reason. This was my first time trusting my VW Convertible to anyone other than the local dealer so I was a little apprehensive. However, Migeli's was closer to home and easier to get to and their online booking made things super easy. Beth, the receptionist, was friendly and professional. She kept me informed during the day of the progress and cost of the work I'd requested. I think the price was fair (and no doubt less than what the dealer would have charged). I've been using Migeli's for 6 or 7 years on all my vehicles, not just the two VW's they've serviced for me. They've been fair, honest, helpful, and accurate in all my dealings with them. Given the number of times I've dealt with them and more than a little experience with service departments, I can tell you they offer great customer service and automotive service. My Passat now has over 140,000 miles and still runs like a top. Finding someone whom you trust and can recommend is tough, sometimes. I have a VW Touareg that I have had them work on a couple of times. They do good work and in my opinion was better and cheaper than the VW dealer in Tulsa. My disappointment with them was that after I spent almost $7K with them to pull the engine out and replace both turbos it still didn't run right. I took it back and they looked at it while I waited and couldn't find anything wrong. So, I took it to another shop in Tulsa and they found that one of the valve stem ends had worn through one of the cam followers on the left side. I called Migeli's and told them the situation and asked if they could help with discounting the labor since the engine had to come back out because they had overlooked this problem, meaning they didn't fix it right the first time. They said that they could only guarantee the work that they did. So now I have to pay another shop approx. $2K just in labor to pull the engine out again to fix what they missed. I will have to buy a new camshaft, cam followers, at least one valve, probably all new ones too, which I have no problem with. They didn't cause the problem, they just didn't diagnose the problem right the first time and therefore didn't fix it right the first time. I found a new shop that I like better. read more

They are the most effective, professional, and honest VW mechanics in Tulsa. In our first interaction, diagnosed and fixed the shoddy work done by a prior mechanic (who won't be named). In later encounters, they helped us find low cost solutions to our problems, even when this meant taking money out of their own pockets. As long as we have a VW and live in Oklahoma, we won't go anywhere else for automotive service. read more

When Migeli's found out I felt I was over charged, they more then made it up to me by giving me a very expensive repair after for free! This must be, in my opinion, the best automotive repair shop I have ever had the privilege to work with. I had catastrophic failure of my engine. When I went to pickup my vehicle, only a few days after leaving it with them, the technician showed me every part that came out of my engine including the valves that were bent due to the failure of the timing chain tension. Explaining details of how each part failed or was replaced due to stress that could cause problems in the future. I would, as a prior mechanic in the military, highly recommend this shop for any VW, Audi and other makes they specialize in to anyone including my own family. read more
