I was greeted promptly when I arrived, and they gave me an approximate time when it would be completed. They walked around the vehicle, checked tread depths and sizes of the tires and said it would be done in 45 minutes. It seemed like I just sat down and they were completed in about 25 minutes and the place was very busy. The employees are very friendly and the best part the repair was free. There was absolutely no pressure to buy new tires and they explained on a chart about your wear and approximate mileage left before needing replacement. Overall, a fantastic experience.

I go in to get two new tires but was talked into getting 4 gently used tires. They worked with me and my budget and instead of getting two new tires I purchased the 4 used tires. My estimated time of completion was 11:04am. My car didn't get back to the bay until 11:17am. Now I was a little irritated by this as all of the people who were there before me had left and even people who came in after me to buy new tires were leaving before me. Now I understand that they take appointments, however there was only one person who came in and said that he had an appointment scheduled. I felt slighted because I bought used tires and not brand new that's why I was being pushed to the back burner. When they finally finished my car which was closer to noon than the 11:04am that was quoted to me they forgot to put the caps on two of my tires. I went back in to let them know so they did fix it before I left. I guess next time I will buy new tires and maybe I'll receive better service.
