The therapist took time to ask plenty of questions and discussed the issues I was having. then went over the whole process so I would understand. The massage was relaxing and the therapist repeatedly asked if the pressure was to much or if i was in pain. Afterwards the therapist took time to discuss stretching and home therapy I could try to help with my issues between visits.
