Patients receive a massage from one of Dr. John's massage therapists prior to meeting with him for an adjustment. I once hated massages, but he and his therapists have made me a believer. When you meet with Dr. John for the first time, he thoroughly discusses everything with you -- what hurts, when it hurts, what you've done for treatment prior to seeing him, etc. and develops a plan with you.
